Went to get a my iPhone 6S Plus battery replaced and camera fixed. The guy was very friendly and helpful and although they didn't have the camera there that day he offered to fix it for a reduced price ($20) if I came back at another time. After I left I saw that the charging point (they had to replace it as well) had some stuff stuck in the speaker holes and also quickly realized that the battery was just as bad as when I went in the first time (luckily they gave a warranty). I went back last week to ask for a new battery again and get the camera fixed; the guy this time (different one) was really apathetic and told me that there was no record of the discounted camera and said that they wouldn't even have the part and said he would've done it for the discount if I did it at the same time (which is what I tried to do). He was not at all apologetic that the battery wasn't fixed or that I had been misinformed. He ended up 'fixing' the battery and said to charge it to 100% and let it die twice (had not been told that last time); the battery is still awful and dies extremely quickly, I basically wasted my time and money and came out with a phone in slightly worse quality than before ( the speakers). read more

Decent price and did it in thirty minutes. Real nice guy and stands behind his work. And that was tested. Unfortunately, the replacement glass was defective and I had to take it back to be repaired again. This time it took him a couple of hours to figure it out. Ended up that it was a a bad replacement part and he ended up using a premium glass, which worked just fine and felt like the original. The first replacement had sharp edges and just didn't feel right. I don't know how much more the premium glass is, but ask for it. It's worth it. Cheaper parts are just that. And not worth it. But now I've got a working iPhone and it feels great. I'll be going back when I crack my screen again. Finding a business that stands behind their work is priceless. One day later.... I just busted my screen again. Seven years without a mishap and I break it twice in one week. So I'm back to Davis Cell Phone Repair, and Cesar repaired it wonderfully. I asked for the premium glass and it's great (again). He is a guy that REALLY cares about his customers. Don't bother checking anywhere else. He gives a great price and stands behind his work. please do not, do not go to this place. they do very bed job. they promised me to next day service to fix my phone. they failed fix my phone next day.     they claimed that overnight order did not come. i was without phone 3 days. they did very bad job placing the screen. screen fall of after 4 days. i went back to store, they glued screen back. this time they did not install the microphone correctly. during phone call microphone  making rattling noise impossible to talk. one fo the employee look at my phone and tolled me that microphone is loose. then owner of the store came and tolled me that microphone need to replace and asked me $60.00 more dollar. nothing was wrong with microphone.they did not install it correctly while they put back screen on. owner of the shop was so rude and not willing except responsibility. his explanations were nonsense and he treated me like i am a stupid. read more

I 'made an appointment' with a company called Puls that's supposedly will send someone out to your location and fix your phone in 15 minutes ASAP. It happened late at night so I made an online appointment the next day. I recently went to the store to get my iPhone X front screen repaired because it was cracked at the bottom of the screen. I got my device inspected and got quoted around $140+ tax for a front screen repair( including labor ). Everything worked on my iPhone we did the pre test (which Cesar only checked my Face ID, charging port, volume buttons, power button, vibrator switch and Wifi). He told me turn around time would be 45 minutes to an hour so I decided to leave it with him and come back to pick it up in about two hours. Turns out, I come back to pick up my device and it's ready to go but my Face ID doesn't work anymore. He suggested it had damage in that top portion and showed me a totally different screen that wasn't mine (keep in mind my screen was damaged at the bottom). He then took the device back in, opens it up, reconnected the front flex that controls the Face ID it works one time while I was in to pick up the device but when I get home it suddenly stops working again. Then I do notice the screen he gave me has a low refresh rate, some dead pixels and also had unresponsive areas. I go back the next day and says he couldn't find my old screen to show me it was damaged at the top and pulls out a totally different screen which is damaged at the left side top(another different screen from last time). So I then felt lied to and just wanted my screen working properly with Face ID so he warranties the screen works fine and all but same issues I mentioned before came back. I held off this review the first time because I wanted to give him a second chance but I just felt lied to and could not trust this repair shop. I would recommend you go to Apple to do it the correct way. read more
