The service was very fast and I was able to ask for a quote and get my phone fixed in a matter of hours. The owner and worker were very nice. I do wish they would have mentioned that parts of my phone would be a different color from the original with the new parts, but I don't mind since it's in a case anyway. $200 was fairly pricey for a new phone screen, but Samsung doesn't make the replacement process easy (not just a screen but has added componentsas well); however I did appreciate the fast service so it was worth it. read more

Accidentally dropped my phone and cracked the corner of my screen, which caused the entire screen to fail overnight. The next morning, I called another repair store in town and left a voice mail that still hasnt been returned. I have an older model Samsung, but Woodland Phone and PC Repair had the screen in stock. The phone was ready in less than an hour. The price was similar to a quote I got from ubreakifix, which includes a 1 year warranty, but they are all the way in Sacramento, so this place is much more convenient. When I got home and prepared to put a new screen protector on, I saw that the back bezel was lifting in some of the corners. I pressed it back together, but I'll keep an eye on this issue to see if it causes problems. If not, I'll happily revise my review to 5 stars. read more

Took my switch to get cleaned and i told the employee working several times he could toss ONE screw that was stripped. When i arrived home i check the console and see all the screws are missing. 2/10 dosent know how to follow directions. read more

They have had my labtop for almost a month and it's still not fixed. I was originally told it was gonna take about 3 weeks because they needed to order parts. That's ok, I understand that, but when I went to check on it after the 3 weeks I was informed they had received the wrong parts and it would be an additional week. when I went to check on it after that week it appears they never worked on it. They misplaced my power cord and asked for the password to my computer. Seems like that's information you might have wanted when I turned in my computer. Horrible customer service. Its sad because I went there 2 other times and they were great. read more

Quality of service is alright, parts are horrible though, all i needed was the glass lens cover on my iphone 15 pro max replaced, they did that but didnt clean it properly so there was a glass shard on it and a scratch on the lens itself. I took it back so they can fix it, they said they would replace the camera entirely, they tried to charge me but then settled free of cost, since it was their own mistake that ruined my camera. Once they replaced it the camera works well with macro mode but without it the camera dosnt focus its blurry and sometimes its shaky on it own, "high quality aftermarket camera" from aliexpress probably. Update they messaged me arguing on how my review isnt fair because they gave me a free camera fix after they messed up my camera the first time and how it was a waste of a replacement since i gave this review. read more

Purchased screen replacement from them and Iphone started burning through battery with new screen. Screen also cracked within a day of replacement. Sounds like a defective screen since we didn't drop the phone. But they would not consider it for warranty repair and they said it wasn't their fault and I would have to buy another new screen. Not recommended. read more

I wish I can get zero stars because the guy that was in there Totally tried to rip me off. I have a iPhone 11, my screen has was little cracked and my phone got a little too wet and the when I charge it the iPhone it kept shutting off and on. I'kid you not, he said he couldn't fix it before actually opening it. He told me to buy a new phone. He said the part that needed to be fixed was way more than my phone was worth and it was worth over $250 and he said to "fix it", he said still need to fix the thingy that makes it change...whatever that mean??? After all that he said he could replace the piece for me but it wouldn't turn on and I stilled have to pay for it. Now I'm not supposed to be the exact here but I dropped my phone in water enough to phone that that probably what the problem is or he's trying to rip me off and have a terrible experience! 0 STARS!!!! I do recommend going to the ladies down on 95 w Main Street they have a lot of great reviews and I've also had an amazing experience over there worth every penny! read more
