Dr. Farley is extremely caring, understanding, and personable. He explained everything well, answered questions, and never made me feel rushed. I will definitely be switching to Krates for all of my eye needs. I highly recommend their office! It's comforting to know that they actually care and will adjust their schedules for eye emergencies when no one else will.

He put me on a medication that starting clearing up the problem right away! He then gave me his cell number and said if I experience any more issues that require immediate attention to give him a call (a courtesy he extends to every patient) regardless of time of day. His staff was very helpful and accommodating. His office is very clean and bright. I will definitely be using Dr. Clodfelter as my regular eye doctor from here on out.

The estimated time of arrival is a month after her glasses were ordered which is way longer than what they usually take.

Dr. Langle did an exam for multifocal contact lenses and took a complete history of my eye health. She patiently went over all of my options and took extra time with the exam to make sure I was comfortable with the lenses before I left. She also offered to order an additional contact lense in a different strength so I could try both and see which I was more comfortable wearing. The receptionist was very friendly and explained the cost of the lenses. She also informed me of a rebate that would save me $50. I was extremely satisfied with the doctor and the services. In addition, Dr. Langle is from the neighborhood and is investing in our community. I'd rather steer business to a local gal any day.
