Will never use this company again... the guy kept telling me my windows were failing, moisture was between the panes and thus he couldn't remove the paint overspray - because it was between the panes, lol! How does paint overspray get between your panes? It DOESN'T!! I took a razor blade and scraped the overspray right off. Joker! Just replace ALL your windows...ohh ok! So why only a 3? He asked me to send photos of my house rather than come by and take a look. I sent photos of all sides of the house with all windows in view. I had counted each window so told him the number of individual windows - 58. He quoted me a price, I said ok. When he arrived he upped the price by $100! I was stunned. If he had told the price originally I would have been ok but to raise it 40% once he got here felt unethical. I suggest you make sure he physically looks at the project to get the price.
