I agree with the other 5-star reviewers. Tom does great work and is a nice guy. I had neglected the windows because the last time I had them professionally cleaned, there were a few people all around the place at once and it scared the heck out of my cats. It was hard to keep an eye on where the cats were. Tom, however, was mindful of the cats and often asked where they were before he went in and out. The windows get quite filthy living on PCH by the beach, so I will be calling Tom once a quarter now to keep them cleaner. He didn't want to charge extra for the first clean as he probably should have, so I gave him a little extra anyways. They looked great when he was done. read more
