I know it can be super frustrating to wait to be put on the machine. DaVita doesn't just hire people like other dialysis clinics. They put employees through a rigorous 3 month training program. They really care about your safety and about you, as a person. So, it really takes more time, effort and work to get new workers. They were endlessly caring about my father and everyone in my family. In a sea of medical appointments, it was dialysis where we found true compassion and generous caring. They knew his name, his lab values, his medication and carefully paid attention to even small details. Outstanding care, in every way. I hope that you having good care, and are doing well. DaVita Dialysis has been apart of my life for a long time. I am disgusted over the service and care for this patient I can NOT speak for all patients (even though this problem happened to all of us SATURDAY JANUARY 21,2022 but this happens ALL THE TIME .) DaVita Dialysis Imperial In Inglewood, CA is open Monday through Sunday but NO ONE SHOWS UP TO WORK BUT 3 people on Saturday January 21, 2022 at 3:15am? Now mind you there are patients waiting at 3:15am not just one person at least 15 to 20 patients waiting. Now one tech to 10 patients is wild to me my time is 3:45am but I didn't get placed on my machine until 4:45am. Which pushed me out of DaVita Dialysis Imperial Inglewood, CA EXTREMELY later than I normally leave I didn't get an apology or and acknowledgment that DaVita Dialysis Imperial Inglewood,CA messed up. I say messed up because this is a staffing problem that needs to be corrected it seems like the two people in charge of this facility DO NOT care JANET & ROXY. If they cared about the patient they would be working to bring in people to work at this facility but this has not happened. To me as a patient this is just a disappointment I did not ask to be on Dialysis but I am here. I show up on time and to every treatment I'm not late I have not been late within the 10 years I have been with DaVita Dialysis Imperial Inglewood, CA. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I was informed the position I was applying for is a female dominated position and you never see a male apply for a position. The nurse told me to wait and she would call my name for the forms. I figured she was preparing them or something. 30 minutes later, I asked what's going on. She then tells me that the doctor is backed up. No time frame on how much longer she would be. I told the nurse I was leaving. Waits are typical at doctors offices, but not like this. You walk in and sign your name in. They are supposed to give you forms and ask for your insurance card and ID. Then it will take you about 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork and give it back to them. This buys them some time and you should be seen within 30 minutes of your appointment time. Time is valuable for everyone, not just doctors. These people have no regard for others. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Both he and I are on dialysis and we have been with this company/location for about three years…read more There are pros and cons, but for the most part the staff here do their best to help make patients feel comfortable. Everyone here is friendly, kind, and hard working. As for sticking my access with the needles, we all have our preferred techs. There are a few things that are considered cons, but bother me the most. For instance, when a patient is coughing profusely, they should be given a mask immediately. Unfortunately most often, no one cares and no one gives a mask until sometime has gone by. The patients bathroom inside the facility, can be opened from both sides of the door. Once I was in the bathroom and my pants were down to my ankles. Someone tried to come in and even though I said "someone's in here!" and because they are able to open the door from their side, they continued to open the door and I had to run just to shut it again! That occurred a while ago in 2015. I complained about it to the higher stuff and still nothing has happened. Anyway this place is all right.
