On…read more January 17, 2023 while Nephrologist and Nurse Leslie were reviewing Lab results with me, Nephrologist stated to me that my counts were good. Nurse Leslie pointed to a different pc than Nephrologist was looking at and showed Nephrologist that my sugar levels were at 280. Nephrologist tells me I am a diabetic and writes me a prescription for Januvia 25mg. I pick up prescription and start medication. This really set me off on a emotional roller coaster because my Sister lost her vision for 6 months in 2021 from diabetes. I go home, dispose of newly purchased groceries and google diabetic diets. My body suffers from Lupus, Scleroderma AND Diverticulitis. Diverticulitis and Dialysis already require special diets. I take my health very serious considering I am on my last leg of my journey. On January 19, 2023, at my dialysis session, I ask Dietitian Cindi, for my sugar levels from January 17, 2023 Lab work. Dietitian Cindi cannot find my sugar counts. Dietitian Cindi tells me she will go to office and pull current counts on pc. Dietitian Cindi and Nurse Leslie who pointed out my sugar levels originally to Nephrologist both come to my side. I could tell something was definitely wrong by the look on their faces. Nurse Leslie proceeds to tell me she made a mistake and was reading someone else's Chart. I was extremely upset with tears filling up in my eyes. I told this Nurse Leslie," How could you have done this to me? Do you know how much you disrupted my life with your error?". "Not to mention the horrific side effects of head aches from this medication!". I would still be on this medication IF I not asked for my sugar levels. Nurse Leslie is suppose to be a trained professional, we dialysis patients put our lives in her hands. I will NEVER trust Nurse Leslie again. I cringes for other patients at this center who have been diagnosed with with anything by Nurse Leslie. I filed a grievance with Davita, California Health Department, Medicare. I also included in my grievance that since starting I have never received training on how to disconnect dialysis lines in the event of a emergency. The Divisional, Nicole, Center Director Renia and Social Worker, Ranessa had a meeting with me on January 27, 2023 to discuss this incident. No comment regarding meeting. At this meeting I also included my request for formal training regarding disconnection from dialysis machine in the event of a emergency. Was told by Director, Renia formal training would be received. From January 27, to February 17, 2023....NO Training HAS EVER BEEN RENDERED. On February 18, 2023, a Technician, Deanna was kind enough to render formal disconnection lesson from dialysis machine. Forever grateful. Training took ALL but 10 minutes. Amazing! This Dialysis Center has the best Technicians. It is unfortunate Administration has it's challenges. I am truly at a loss for words regarding this experience. This Dialysis Center has so much more potential. If it wasn't for the simply fantastic Technicians and the fact that it is 3 minutes from my residence, I would definitely transfer. Praying for Administration changes in 2023.

Despite the owner, Ian, repeatedly claiming that communication and staff training are "improving," the reality is a total lack of professionalism. Service requests routinely go ignored for months! One of their "top" employees, Amanda, actually fabricates HOA policies to cover her own mistakes. When I simply requested a heads-up about upcoming work near my unit as I have a small infant at home, she flatly refused, claiming it wasn't her responsibility. Consequently, they ran an industrial fan right next door 24/7 for six straight days with zero explanation. When I asked her to cite the specific policy that allowed this lack of notice, she went silent. The sad part is this is just one of many crap stuff that they've done. They're wasteful with our budget and makes me wonder what they're doing at their office everyday, when you're not responding to their customers. This company prioritizes laziness over service. It's no surprise they were fired by our association after only a few years. Before hiring them, I strongly suggest asking Ian how many ongoing legal cases he and Strategic HOA currently have with former clients.

Well, today came, still not what I ordered. Card was even worse, and the chocolates never got replaced. Well, I took this up with 1-800-Flowers and they resolved my problem. The reason I am writing a review is because this company fulfilled the order not wrong once, but twice. Including pictures so you can see what I ordered, compared to what got delivered... not once, but twice. If you are unable to fulfill an order, don't take it on. I gave them a second chance before I took to the internet to fix this, but nope.

They did a very poor job on my car--my back window tint has creases, Front side windows not covered. I tried to call the person who tinted my windows, and the number was disconnected. I've been trying the past 3 months for them to fix it; I call every 3 days and email once a week without any response. Two times they picked up, they told me "I'm out of the office, I'll put you in the schedule tomorrow when I'm back in". The other time he said "I replied to your e-mail, you didn't get it?" This is the worst window tinting company available and I would avoid it at all costs.
