My in-laws recommended Todd's based on their years getting their cars worked on by Todd's Auto Clinic. I was able to get the car towed to Todd's and they had my car back to me in two days (it was the fuel pump). 3 days later there was a glitch (this is the less happy part) and the car started hesitating and not responding to the gas pedal like it should. Back to Todd's, where they installed a new fuel pump gasket (the initial 'new' gasket had failed) then drove the vehicle to us - no charge. They made the work good. Thus the happy ending.

They fixed the problem for a day or two then I ended up stranded again. Took it back they fixed it. After $8100 dollars for all repairs, i got my car back in June 2024. It's now December 2024 my car has had the rear main seal leaking, I've had to tighten almost every nut and bolt I could find. And now my head gasket has blown again. Todd asked in other review why I did not bring my car back to him. We'll he apparently is a very busy shop, because 11 month to swap out and engine. I can not go that long without my vehicle again. Receipt pictures on other sites review to prove length of time they had it. Please do not take your vehicle to this shop. When he doesn't like your questions he gets rude and does not communicate with you while he has your vehicle. And the repairs never last. I'm not even sure if he rebuilt my engine or just took it out cleaned it up, and replaced the head gasket. He definitely takes advantage of customers.

Decent paint and body work. Plastic trim improperly installed on the bumper so I corrected it…read moremyself. Incorrect bug deflector installed on the front edge of the hood leaving large gaps under it allowing trash and debris to become lodged between it and the freshly painted hood. Per their contract, no aftermarket part that causes damage to the vehicle is covered by their warranty. They installed the wrong part. Their collision representative has zero follow-up skills at all and has yet to reach back out to me in over a month after saying he was ordering the correct part. He also mentioned that the part they ordered for the next replacement and the incorrect one that was installed are the same part number but the unit they installed does not line up with the contours of the hood and they removed the dealership installed unit that did, so clearly they are not the same. I'm not surprised because when my wife's Buick went to their shop, the driver's door would not close without clunking a hitting the strike and there was paint overspray on the windshield and driver's door glass. When she went to pick it up after receiving demands to return the rental car, the door was the same way it was the day before and overspray still on the glass. I went ahead and fixed them myself since I'm a technician. Now the tire pressure sensor has failed on the wheel they replaced, so I'll end up dealing with that myself too. I spoke with a number of other people, including relatives and they have all had less than stellar things to say about their experience with Rivertown Collision center, so after quite a number of discussions, we have all decided not to take our vehicles there for any further repairs. I'll personally be going back to Frank's Collision Center where they have always been willing to take care of any issues I had promptly. I'd rather have the hassle of taking it to one place for an estimate, then getting the insurance company approval, then driving or towing it across town to have it done right the first time and not have to call and ask questions about when this repair job that has been awaiting completion for months now will be completed. I am a cancer patient and I work as many hours a week as I can to provide for my family while trying to make it to and through treatments. I don't have time or desire to deal with this.

I called Rob and he came out this afternoon and worked on my car. It's a Kia Forte and at the least little thing the alarm goes off. It did but Rob quickly got it off. He installed a new battery and went to get something to go in the gas tank because I had a full tank of gas that had just been sitting there. I was very impress with his work and how polite he was.
