They refused to refund our deposit and told us they had a program for us to borrow the down payment. The manager, Matt More played games with us saying he would see what he could do. But when we insisted on him to tell us yes or no to the refund, he said 'no' . This was a very upsetting experience and our dreams of getting an RV will never happen now. We couldn't afford to lose $1000, but we thankful that we didn't owe anything else. We were not given a copy of our paperwork, contract or anything else. All we had was the debit receipt for our deposit. They are sneakie con artists. Buyers beware!!!

After searching online and calling about ten places in search of fresh water to fill our tanks I called the Coburg Volunteer Fire Department. When they told me no I asked if they could recommend someplace that we could fill. They suggested we call Bobby Combs RV. I called and the woman on the phone said sure, come on in. I wanted to jump for joy as we were getting desperate. It had already been a long day of travel and we just wanted to get settled. On top of it all, everyone we met were so nice!!

They were able to save us over $2,000 compared to our closest dealer in Tracy Ca. They are both really good people and it was a pleasure meeting and doing business with them. When we went to hook up the trailer we realized that we were missing the electrical hookup on our Sprinter Van. It was already 1:30pm on Saturday. We were afraid we were going to have to leave and come back again. But George the technician saved us by wiring a temporary setup that got everything working. He was amazing. We contacted him every week after we found that it had sold & got poor excuses why he did not have the money for us. After several weeks of this and many times of not getting a call back, I contacted the Eugene Police, they suggested filing a complaint with the Oregon DMV. I ended up talking with an Oregon DMV Investigator who, after hearing my complaint, said she would call RV Sales of Oregon and get back to me. WOOOW, 20 minutes later she called me back and said we would have our money next week AND WE DID !!!

They failed to check the hot water heater before they sent it out. Couldn't have tested the water system since there was NO anode rod in the hot water heater. It was just rolling around on the floor of the RV when we returned home. The brakes do not work. I called and left 2 messages at their Eugene location and 2 at their Roseburg and no call back. When I did get in thouch with the "GM" Troy,he refused to take care of his customer and said I should have brought it to their service department that could even do a PDI correctly. There was nothing he could do. So, my opinion.....find someone you trust to purchase an RV from. These people chose not to take care of their customers. There are other problems include: bathroom vent pulled out of the ceiling, shower head falling off of the wall, back door of toy hauler leaks.

The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL). The whole experience was great!
