The vibe there was friendly and I was happy with my service - even scheduled my next appointment before I left. That was on Thursday and less than five days later I notice green coloring under each nails in the corners of both sides close to the cuticle! I have never in all the many many years of getting my nails done has a nail fungus and that includes me doing my own nails using Shellac and acrylic. I don't know if the tools used were sanitized, which I hoped they were. Unfortunately, I have no clue because this is a first for me. $85 nails, that I'm currently popping off and hands full of nail funguses! This has been the worst nail salon experience ever! Don't trust the hype - something is seriously flawed here. I'm disgusted and furious!

I didn't get what I wanted nor is it worth the amount I paid. There is different nail techs and right now maybe two main ones ... I'm unsure but Jasmine was my Nail tech. She was a nice girl but did a rushed job. I explained to her how my boyfriend would be coming home soon and how he really liked French tips and even showed her pictures of HER work that he and I liked. It started off well but I think at some point she was behind on schedule (not my fault ) and started to rush. Apparently whatever style or design you want only applies to 1 or 2 nails. Because she asked me how many French tips I wanted per hand 1 or 2 (I was confused) so theoretically all other nails would be blank. Every picture I showed her had a design on each finger so in my mind I assume that she had other plans for my other nails but I was wrong. After the two French tips she wanted to put a clear coat on the rest. I requested a solid nail because two French tips weren't going to do it. My polish has bubbles and it's not even.... so Its areas you can see the brushstrokes or the acrylic underneath because it's thin. I brought it to her attention and she said the condition of the polish was because I took my hand out of the light ( again confused because I don't recall removing my nails prematurely) but okay. The nails are filed uneven... some go straight across and some have like a C shape curve at the top. Understanding that the filing wouldn't be absolutely perfect but the differences are very noticeable. Some nails look like I took a clipper and took a chunk out of the end. I asked her to file them straight across to even it out and she said I was requesting a C shape .... I wasn't I legit wanted my nails flat and to look the same. I had high hopes but they didn't get fulfilled and she really didn't care if I liked or not it was okay on to the next client .... Well that's what I sensed like I said she seemed like a nice person just feel time got ahead of her. I was called an hour before my appointment asking could I come 30 minutes later. So it's not as if I was late for my appointment & she had to rush. I came at the time that they requested. Waste of my Saturday morning and money because I will more than likely take them off and get them redone at my local salon. Outside of that the salon is pretty, it seems to be clean. Majority of the staff and clients wear a mask and there's plenty of parking. Can't speak on any other service I got a full set. You book online ... I doubt I will return.

I stated an acrylic fill-in and was told to pick a color. I waited about 10 mins and then Bri came over and asked me to go to her station. Since it was my first time there I was going to keep it simple with green polish no design. I noticed her business card at her station with nail designs and asked if it was her work. When she said yes I showed her a pic of holographic chrome nails and she said she could do it. They didn't have the holographic chrome so I went with a pinkish chrome instead. I told her the place I went to messed up the shape on my nails and wanted coffin and she said okay. Bri is super meticulous and did a wonderful job with repairing a broken nail and shaping my nails exactly how I wanted. She decided to encapsulate the chrome and use pink acrylic which I was a little confused by but I was like let me trust the process. The end result was not what I wanted or expected but it was still super cute. Plus it's been a while since I had a nail tech who cleaned the residual acrylic off my skin and moisturized my cuticles and hands. I definitely recommend her because she knows what's she doing. I did pay extra because my nails are long and the chrome was classified as custom. So acrylic fill-in, one nail repair, long nails and chrome on all ten fingers = $80

I want to say that this was best looking (dip nails) I received in a long time they even did a manicure before applying the powder. I've decided to make Flash Nails my new home Dip Nails Plus 2 tips and 2 designs was $65 which was very reasonable.
