I stopped by on a rainy Saturday to get my nails done. No appt but it was all good because they accept walk ins. I was greeted upon arrival and asked what I would like to get done. I stated an acrylic fill-in and was told to pick a color. I waited about 10 mins and then Bri came over and asked me to go to her station. Since it was my first time there I was going to keep it simple with green polish no design. I noticed her business card at her station with nail designs and asked if it was her work. When she said yes I showed her a pic of holographic chrome nails and she said she could do it. They didn't have the holographic chrome so I went with a pinkish chrome instead. I told her the place I went to messed up the shape on my nails and wanted coffin and she said okay. Bri is super meticulous and did a wonderful job with repairing a broken nail and shaping my nails exactly how I wanted. She decided to encapsulate the chrome and use pink acrylic which I was a little confused by but I was like let me trust the process. The end result was not what I wanted or expected but it was still super cute. Plus it's been a while since I had a nail tech who cleaned the residual acrylic off my skin and moisturized my cuticles and hands. I definitely recommend her because she knows what's she doing. I did pay extra because my nails are long and the chrome was classified as custom. So acrylic fill-in, one nail repair, long nails and chrome on all ten fingers = $80 read more

I just had one of the best experiences one could ask for from a small business. Although I am a relatively new customer, I was treated if I had been going there for years. On my last appointment a couple drops of an oily substance somehow were dropped on my suede shoes. When I returned to show the shoes to the staff, there was no argument, such as "could this have happened elsewhere? " They attempted to clean the shoes. When that did not work, they immediately said "we will buy you a new pair." They did just that. Not only is the quality of the service excellent, the atmosphere is always welcoming and comfortable. My usual manicurist wasn't available so I made an appointment here for a dip/ manicure. The manicurist handed me some colors and I asked her if those were the only options they had, to which she replied "yes." I told her I couldn't see the color I wanted and then lo and behold she got up and went out of her way and miraculously found more colors. The manicure and dip was the laziest job. When I told her some of my nails looked like they already grew out she gave me some bs answer saying, "I can't get the dip all the way to the cuticle or else it will crack." Ummm. First of all, you did get the dip to the cuticle on some of my nails and I've gotten a perfect dip for the past two years m'am. Smh read more

Hands down best manicure experience I've had in the area. I also brought my 95yo grandmother here and our technician, Smit, couldn't have been more gentle and accommodating for seniors. She's awesome and also very knowledgeable about toenail health. The interior was bright, clean, and spacious, which is important for navigating a nail salon with a wheelchair. The handicap parking spot is also right outside the door and there is no curb. We got classic pedicures for $35 each (+5 for callus removal). I would have liked a little more massage included, but I think that's a higher price point. The actual paint job was smudge free and efficient. Lots of color selection. Picked this location as I'm a transplant. The shop to have only been open for a year, looked like a 5 yr old establishment. A bit slow and shortcutish... I was there for 3 hours for a Dip and Toe Polish Change. I was outdone. Nails weren't great, but was needed as I was going to be traveling in a couple of days. I went here and wasn't happy with the service I received. When I went in, I spoke to a lady about what I wanted and she asked me a lot of questions. Then when I finally sat down, a different lady was doing my nails. Whatever I said originally wasn't relayed correctly and there was a miscommunication. To get to the point, I didn't get the nails done the way I wanted. The employees I dealt with were nice, but no one really stopped and LISTENED to me until it was too late. It was an awful experience. I made an appt for a pedicure and dip manicure on line and when I got there they did not have my appt. They gave me a new girl that did not understand English. She nodded when I told them that I had to leave at a certain time and it took the girl over 1 hour for my pedicure so I ran out of time was unable to get a manicure. The pedicure was not done well and the staff was incredibly rude when I told them about it. I wouldn't go back there even if it was free. read more

I would really like to say that I am a good judge of Customer Service. My first experience was good until I got home and about 2 days later polish started chipping off. I went back and someone else did the polish over, but it took the entire salon employees huddled around speaking in another language and the duration. I felt they were trying to put a voodoo on me or something. I liked the 2nd polish. I went another time and someone at the reception, 1st lady and 2nd chair were giggling and talking about customers they serviced in the past. Speaking about customers having sweaty hands and not knowing if they have a disease. The girl in the 2nd chair is not a full time employee there, but she always appears obnoxious. This was rude and uncomfortable. I really felt they were being racist. It is really sad because if it were not for the customers they would not be there. On the website they are using photos from other nail salons. They are not that advanced and no one there can do tips, overlay, nail designs, nor the more advanced techniques. They should really be careful with defaming people because God is the only reason they are employed. When you are not a good steward, he will strip you of everything. They should be humble and thankful and leave their racism and critical comments to themselves and not disrespect customers by allowing them to hear their personal comments. Oh, and don't ask for who you want to do your service, they get highly offended. SMH. Don't be a guinea pic for this place, ask them to show you a license and let them practice on each other. read more
