As far as car washes go, this one is just fine. There are options for self wash or automatic. I've used the self wash station. It takes quarters or a credit card and once you pay the initial two dollars, you select whether you want soap, water, prewash, etc. You can add more time as you go. It took a little getting used to how it works, but once I got it figured out, I was good to get washing. There are three individual bays for the self wash, so there's usually not a line of cars waiting (unless you go after the mud snow storm like I did). On the other side of the wash you'll find vacuums. There were several bays for that-at least 3 or 4, I didn't pay attention to exactly how many. They did the job. My only complaint would be that the hose doesn't reach all the way around the car, so if you want to do the opposite side, you have to put money in the machine on both sides of the car. I might try the drive through/automatic option next time. I wonder if it would do a better job than I do by hand. At least I can sip my coffee and let the machines do all the work! read more

Been going here for 15 years or so. Use to be great, but has gone way downhill over past couple years. Not at all uncommon for only half the features to even work. This place is real close to me and I now have to drive past it to go to a car wash that is maintained and works. Update: I came back after a couple years avoiding this place. Paid for the touch less carwash and didn't get a receipt with code for the vacuums. No big surprise based on the history of this dump. Then went through the car wash. Surprisingly the soap was actually working. However, there was no water spraying to clean the soap back off. So after spending 9 bucks I got to go through the self serve bay to do it myself and spend more money. To my surprise the rinse worked and nothing else. No prewash, or soap. Tried calling the number to report issues and it just rings forever. Nice place. Great job maintaining this place. I can't believe it's still open. read more

Too bad 0 stars is not an option. You will want to stay away from this car wash if you like your vehicle. I purchased the Soft-touch Ultimate wash with dry at the end. When I went to vacuum the vehicle. I saw that the passenger side and rear were still covered with blue foam and the hub caps looked dirtier than when the vehicle went in. I wiped everything down as best I could and called the customer service number posted on the building. The person I spoke with offered no apologies for the inconvenience, offered no remedy for the streaks of blue running down my vehicle and even suggested that I caused this to happen by moving my vehicle during the wash process. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! There are so many car washes within 1-2 miles of this joke of a business with much more effective equipment. Stay away from the Daybreak Auto Spa unless you're into getting another car wash immediately after having it washed there. read more

Just took my brand new truck in to get it cleaned up. I used the self service bay and found it would not remove any of the dirt that was on my truck. I called to explain to them and all I heard was how I don't know how to use a self serve car wash and how I needed to run the tire brush on my car to get it clean. That's really got after I read that I was not supposed to get it on any paint on the vehicle. Came home and had to run a towel over the truck to get the dirt off. The car wash is a disaster! read more

It is our committment at Daybreak AutoSpa to provide a clean well-functioning facility. As a 24 hour self-service facility we do not have personal on site at all times. Due to the reality that like all machinery, car wash equipment does suffer breakdowns and malfunctions and due to the fact that a few patrons will incidently or intentionally leave refuse, nails, lumber, and garbage behind after they use the facility it is inspected, cleaned, and repaired if needed daily. Nevertheless, there are times between those daily service periods when hoses break, soap oriffices plug, vandalism, or other malfunctions occur. If we see such occurences on the surveillance cameras we notify the attendants immediately to rectify the problem. To those who have not had a good experience at our facility. We are sorry your expectations were not fulfilled. The attendents are all instructed that upon presentation of a receipt and inspection of the vehicle a dissatsfied customer will be offered a free wash if it is determined that our facility and equipment did not preform appropriately. We perform routinely 2200-2600 washes per month and the majority or our clients complement us on the quality and value of their experience. For those who suggest that we have changed the qulaity of our products, water pressures, shortenen wash times, or by any other method devalued our commitment to them, we offer that ownership has been unchanged for nearly 6 years and the products and machinery setting have not been altered in any way during that time. It is common that reviews are written by motivated people. Our facility functions similarily to a vending machine in that you deposit money for a pre-selected, self-service attained product. We suspect that fewer people are likely to write a review about how impressed they are when the correct beverage drops out of the vending machine than in those few instances when it does not. read more

The worst self service car wash around. Your car won't come clean as you won't get any soap to come out of the sprayer. Save yourself some time and money and go anywhere else. This place is a joke. read more
