The guys that came out made a little bit of a mess but plumbing is a messy job. My kitchen sink was all messed up and they were efficient and got the job done well. Inexperienced, young family members completely mismanaged simple plumbing kitchen sink clog! He showed up at the agreed time, was very honest and straightforward on what repairs had to take place. He purchased the new water heater and parts needed; he kept me updated on what his status was. He came back with the new unit, parts and his helper. They replaced the whole water heater and made sure all the pipes were new as well.
