I'm confused they said if it didn't work it would be a 250 refund not 100. Do not use! Do not recommend! Rip off!!! Zero stars.If you are not a plumber then you should not say I will clear the line for an additional 250 and if it doesn't work I won't charge you. The right thing to do would be to say you need a regular plumber if you couldn't do what I needed. Not charge me almost 1000 dollars to not fix the problem I wanted addressed. They found…read morethat there were roots blocking the line from the tank to the leach field and they were able to repair it quickly. They also discovered some minor damage to the outflow fitting on the septic tank and are going to repair it after I have the tank pumped. They put a cleanout on the line to the leach field too. The whole experience was easy and as enjoyable as a septic repair could be. The crew was pleasant to work with, extremely skilled and when they were done it was like it never happened.
