This practice engages in high-pressure sales tactics and appears far more interested in profit than in patient care. I deeply regret not reading the reviews beforehand -- many others have had similar experiences, and I now understand why. Both my adult son and I were targeted with what I can only describe as scare tactics. Despite my son's clean bill of health from a reputable dentist just six months prior, he was told he had serious gum disease and urgently needed multiple expensive procedures -- including deep cleanings, laser treatments, and diagnostic tests -- none of which were previously deemed necessary. He left confused, alarmed, and out of pocket for one of the deep cleanings that they managed to convince him he needed. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I returned myself. The exact same playbook was used on me: dire warnings about the condition of my gums, an overwhelming list of treatments, and a price tag in the thousands even with insurance. I declined all upsells and requested a standard cleaning -- which was then performed carelessly and in haste. Several teeth were missed entirely during both the cleaning and polishing. It was clear that because I refused the costly add-ons, they no longer valued my time or care. I told the dentist that I was very disappointed and she said she would continue to work on me. I allowed her to work a few minutes longer but it was still evident I was not receiving even a moderately thorough cleaning. I have never in my life had a dental cleaning that was done so quickly and haphazardly. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional -- it's unethical. Patients deserve honest evaluations and transparent care, not manipulative sales strategies. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) and hope others do the same. Please protect your health and your wallet -- stay away from this practice.

They said it's because they only had one that day but if you only have one then don't book so many appointments. A fillings replacement that should've been 40 minutes was only 10 because the dentist was in such a rush to finish. I had asked for them to use laughing gas but they didn't so I felt everything as I have a very low pain tolerance. I received a coupon in the mail for a new patient visit that included x-rays, cleaning and a consultation for $59, which prompted me to go ahead and give them a try. The service was great from beginning to ending. The hygienist was very friendly, gentle and thorough. We chatted throughout my appointment like we've know each other for years. I think her name is Kassandra. My experience with her was so great that I made an appointment for my son on the way out. They also give you a goodie bag which includes a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and small bottle of Listerine. I never got judged or made to feel guilty for my lack of habits, work needed done, or my current status. They were also extremely willing to work with me on the financial. The bottom line I learned with them: I needed a mass amount of work done, with no insurance, and little to no money while unemployed. And they were willing to work me with me no matter what to get done what I needed as soon as possible. I hadn't been do a dentist in over 10 years, my oral hygiene had never been great and I've always hated my smile. I had a problem with a wisdom tooth that needed to be handled immediately. Since I didn't have insurance, my day to day work is not paid income, and the overall fear of a dentist in general, I was worried but needed to get at least this handled. I found them through the ADA website while looking for someone who would work with my financial needs. I sent lots of emails, made a lot of phone calls, with little to no replies, except here. I sent a message, and within a few hours was contacted by this office and offered a free consultation! At the consult, we were all expecting the worst knowing my history. My self esteem was already drowning and I wasn't looking forward to anyone seeing my teeth let alone up close and personal. The consult, meeting the team, and having conversations with the staff is what made something click in my head and heart. I knew then that this was my new dental home. Zero disrespect, and instead of telling me all the negative, I got a TON of positive reinforcement. Then it was time to go over a treatment plan and costs... My treatment plan consisted of needing to have 3 wisdom teeth removed (as well as my problem child that started this), one cavity filled, and a deep clean. The total for this was a few grand and my heart absolutely sank. No way could I afford this all at once. They were there to assure me that we would all figure it out together. They offered care programs for people in my situation, and if I didn't get approved for those then they would work out an inhouse payment plan to fit me, my budget, and my overall health needs. I was approved through CareCredit, and got all the work needed in the span of 2 weeks. I'm still healing and need to go back in a few months, but it is painlessly done. Well, as painless as possible. Zero serious complications from the tooth removals (I healed a little funny, but they caught it and fixed it fast), zero complication from the cavity fill, and a deep clean later im back on track for a healthy mouth. Without this dental family, I wouldn't have the outlook I do now. They are kind, professional, and fast. They are not driven by the insurance companies, or financial gain. They work for their patients, the happiness and well being of people who come in from all walks of life. As long as they are in my area, I will see no other dentist, and I'm not afraid to go.
