But instead, Holly Schmitt, the office manager, refused all treatment, refused a refund for pre-paid services they did NOT perform and the cops were called on me while I was in my vehicle. Even the officer was confused and said I had every right to be in a public parking lot. Holly also lied multiple times about what the dentist said, telling me, "Doctor's orders and priority." She wasn't happy when I said that's not what the doctor told me. Dr. said, "It's your money, it's your mouth, we can do what you want." The cherry on top, I finally found and sent an email to 'corporate'. Few days later, Holly sent me a "Release of all Claims" form with a built in non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement. Asking me to give up my rights in order to receive a refund on services you didn't provide, is shady at best. Thank god this is not normal and the other dental offices I've been to have even asked; why weren't you allowed to make decisions for yourself, who are these people, what office is this, and are telling all their colleagues. I've had 3 appointments in 3 weeks with a different doctor, in the exact order I wanted treatment done with 0 complications. Save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else!

I then get a call my appointment needed to be changed as the doctor was on vacation and I told her that I was scheduled a week later and all she wanted to do is argue with me that I was wrong. Went to my new date appointment and the girl doing my X-rays said I was there for an extraction and a crown and I told her no. I was there for a routine six month exam. Was not told that I would not have Dr. Sohi - the dentist that came in said she was filling in and if that was okay. Kind of late to ask me that. She continued to check my teeth and then cleaned them while giving me a shower at the same time. So I'm not sure why the sign in sheet is there. While I was waiting for what was supposed to be my first appointment, I saw an interaction between the receptionist and an elderly man. She was acting irritated by him. He needed a tooth fixed that came off his dentures. She told him about all the extras they would have to do instead of just fixing the tooth. While talking he accidentally dropped the tooth on her lower counter. Where ever it landed, she acted annoyed and disgusted. She pushed something close to him, so he could dig around and get the tooth out. He had to stand on his toes to reach down and fuss with something to dig his tooth out. He also said that they had put in the wrong code for the dentures, and now his account is in collections. She did not look at him much at all during this encounter. After he left, I asked to pay some on his bill to help him out. She told me she would take care of him. I could tell she most likely would not. After hearing how they messed up his account, and how unhelpful and uncaring they are to their patients, I canceled my appointment and left. When a patient comes in they should be treated with kindness and compassion. Look at them when talking to them, and resolve the problem or get someone who will.

I was naive and not going through a good time when I agreed to this. I went to Burleson Dental off Wilshire and It was the best experience! The dentist was confused why I needed 4 crowns when I had great roots. Also it is confirmed the company just wanted their $12,000 payout. I am still trying to pay off this over $3000 bill that I had to pay. I am now convinced that Aspen Dental is the Great Clips of dentistry. Beware!

This is the first time I have ever been charged a protection plan to insure dental work, and when I raised the issue, I was told that it was too late to reverse the charges. At no point was the fee pointed out to me; instead, it was added to my bill without explanation, making it seem as though it was intentionally slipped in without my knowledge. Given that the office cannot guarantee their dental work for a reasonable period without these extra charges, and considering the lack of transparency and the addition of what I see as unnecessary fees, I will not be going back to this practice. I believe it's important for practices to be upfront and honest with their billing, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect this standard.

We showed up on time, only to be told at check-in that my son wasn't eligible to be seen yet because--according to their records and our insurance--he needs to be at least 6 months past age 3. So why was the appointment scheduled in the first place? Why did we receive multiple text reminders and confirmations leading up to the day of the visit, if we weren't actually eligible? No one apologized. The front desk staff casually offered for us to keep the appointment if we want to pay out of pocket. Obviously no.

Not only is he gentle and patient, but he's also genuinely funny and has a way of lightening the mood without ever making you feel dismissed. He reassured me over and over that everything would be okay, explained each step in a way I could understand, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. You can tell he was truly meant to be a dentist...he has that rare combination of skill, compassion, and natural bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. I left feeling confident and safe in his care, which is something I never thought I'd say about a dental visit. Amy and Valerie, the dental assistants, were just as wonderful. They were warm, kind, and incredibly reassuring. They made sure I never felt embarrassed or rushed and kept me calm through the entire appointment. Kristalyn, the hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and so kind. She explained everything she was doing and made what I expected to be a stressful cleaning feel surprisingly easy.
