They perform thorough work and use their hands and elbows to do more deeper tissue massages. Don't get scared if they climb on top of your massage bed! Massage rooms look a bit dingy, but again, if look and feel doesn't bother you, then you'll be fine coming here. Rooms are always clean. A couple of things to note - the place does lack customer service. Because the majority of the staff is of Chinese descent, I think the language barrier plays into their low quality customer service. Keep it strictly transactional. Their scheduling is very flexible though. Same day appointments are almost always possible. Also, I would recommend engaging in simple conversation with your massage therapist. They are willing to help, but would advise sticking to very simple language or point to the area of your body where you would like them to focus their attention on. I've been coming here for about 5 years now and up until now, I have been very satisfied every time.
