I've been hooked since I tried it 2 years ago, and no one comes close to it. Their pastries are really fresh and delicious and the atmosphere is so relaxing. They even had mini donuts that my daughter loved (sprinkles and all). This is a place to visit with the family or on your own.

Delicious! Coffee was also very yummy. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Well, again, so disappointing! The Ham & Cheese Crepe was just SO basic (no fruits, no whipped cream, nothing!). Also, it was poorly made...with the cheese only in the middle section. I thought I misordered! The taste was also BLAH...I kept thinking, this CAN'T be the same bakery I visited years ago, is it??? Also, the presentation (if you can even call it that!) was beyond bad. The crepe and the latte was delivered in cheap paper...not even a logo. OMG...basically a dive in terms of a bakery. I'm kinda amazed at the high ratings here. I mean, really?!? Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning here on my future trips.

They love watching the doughnuts being made right in front of them, almost as much as they love eating fresh doughnuts with the toppings of their choice. There's an option where you can do half the batch one way and half the batch another way, which is how we like to order. We've tried some of their special toppings (i.e. s'mores), but our tried and true combo is half vanilla and half chocolate with all the rainbow sprinkles. Looking forward to visiting again next winter!

I recently visited Daylight Donuts and had an amazing experience. The donuts were absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. They were fresh, flavorful, and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The icing was perfect and the texture was just right. Additionally, I tried their biscuits and gravy, and it hit the spot! The biscuits were fluffy and the gravy was rich and flavorful. The combination was absolutely satisfying. During our holiday in Breckenridge, we stumbled upon this breakfast diner, and it quickly became a favorite! From the moment we walked in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel welcome. You order at the counter and the line can get long but it's worth the wait. We decided to try the egg burrito and donuts, and we were not disappointed. Best donuts anywhere. I like them better than Dunkin or Crispy Creme. The breakfasts are out of this world as well. I look for restaurants with lines and full parking lots and DD always has a line out the door. Well worth the wait. The Huevos are my favorite ever and eat Huevos where ever I go. Pancakes and corned beef hash are about as good as you can get as well. Have some donuts, have some breakfast then take some donuts with you. read more

Of the couple of brunch spots I tried in town, this was my favorite. I ordered the Cornucopia with eggs over medium and substituted the home fries for fruit. The fruit was surprisingly good, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar. A side of fruit can be pretty hit or miss when you substitute it at brunch, so I was pleasantly surprised. The eggs were cooked right, and the toast was fine. I opted for turkey bacon, though, and I'd recommend skipping it. It was pretty crispy and lacked much flavor. The standout was the cinnamon roll French toast. We ordered it to share with the table, and I highly recommend doing the same. It comes with two large cinnamon rolls that are soaked in egg batter and grilled French-toast style. It was top tier. I noticed several tables around us sharing the regular cinnamon roll as well, and those looked fantastic too. They also have a bakery counter inside with plenty of grab-and-go options. The pastries all looked great, along with fresh bread, cookies, and other sweet treats. If you're visiting Frisco and looking for brunch, Butterhorn is definitely worth a stop. And whatever you order, I'd make sure the cinnamon roll French toast makes it onto your table.

The shop is located on the south end of town in a cute cabin themed space with some great old pictures of the local area. I've always had perfectly adequate service here, and I will occasionally stop in for a latte, even knowing what I'm getting from their choice of beans. However, I would not order an espresso by itself or a drip coffee.
