It was explained the price was elevated due to the service originating in Delaney. We agreed on the price and I paid $72.06 via Paypal to Primo Taxi LLC on 3/7/26 at 10:51am. No one showed up at the agreed pickup place and time. I got a phone call 11 minutes after the pickup time. The switchboard operator explained they hadn't sent anyone out and will not send anyone until they receive extra money above the already paid and agreed to amount. They said the other employee priced the $65 fare incorrectly. I was pretty upset given the circumstances and that they hadn't sent anyone out yet. I was going to run into a chance that I incur extra fees for exceeding my rental car window and a risk of missing my flight that evening. I had to resort to asking random people in the park if they'd drive me for the cash I had on hand. I was able to find someone that took pity on me. I had been backpacking for a couple of days so hadn't showered so was a bit unkept. Given the risk of asking random strangers for a ride puts me and them in an unideal position. I was clear with the original switchboard operator that I wasn't sure if I had cell service given its in the middle of a large wilderness area but I was just fortunate to have a small signal to get Primo's phone call otherwise I'd have been waiting hours and miss my rental car return window and flight. I have not received a refund for the payment I submitted to guarantee my transport which I would like since I did not receive the agreed upon service. I will update this review if I get a refund.

Our driver Darren met us at baggage claim and helped us get our luggage and took us to the car which was parked very close by in a special area. Even though our flight took a long time to taxi and deplane, Darren was very professional and kind when we finally showed up. After a long travel day, it was a treat to be taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral this way. The next week, after our cruise was over, Darren picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport. We arranged for 10am pick up but when I texted Darren at 9:45am saying that we were off the ship, he responded that he was already in the area and was able to pick us up then. A great tail wind. Our driver Stacy was great. She knew we arrived early and was already on her way to pick us up early. We went straight to Disney World Hotel and were in the Park withing 3 hours of landing. We also scheduled a pick up after we spent the morning in the Park and then Stacy picked us up again when we were ready and whisked us off to the airport for our flight. There were 8 of us and our travel days went off without a hitch. Best service ever.
