I had an appointment and it was my first time there. The place was very nice and the chairs were comfortable. I got a gel manicure and regular polish for my toes with a 5 minute massage. I felt over charged. The pedi was $55 WOW that was a lot. I'm used to paying $35 with a longer massage. The manicure was okay but the next day the nail she repaired broke again along with a different nail. All I can say is I tried a different place to see if I can find something better than the one I've been going to for years and so far, I can Not! read more

The tech who helped me was SO sweet, and took a lot of care in talking through the design with me and making sure I was happy with the result. She was also very transparent about pricing as I picked my add-ons. And the pricing, by the way, was VERY good. I've paid much more for less. If I lived here, I would be a regular. They do a good job, however I only gave 3 stars because the price they charged me was not the price on their website. I got gel builder $60 plus french tip $10 and 4 of my nails had a flower designed. They charged me $6 per nail for an exter $24 for design. Their website says that designs are $5 for two nails not per nail like they charged me. So not sure if I'll go back because of the lack of honesty **In response to owners reply** The nail tech did confirm price with me as well as make sure I liked the end prodect. As I said before my problem wasnt the quality or the overall price but the lack of transperity and consistency with your marketing (website, Also as of today 4-26-25 your website still gives the false information of the price being two nails for $5). The price was ok for me, howver I do feel like if a new person is coming and has a certain look and budget in mind they should know the true price is not what your advertising. I moved to the area recently and was looking for a new place to get my nails done. I had been going to another salon in my old neighborhood for YEARS but the prices started becoming too high for the quality of service I was receiving. They stopped providing lotion for your hands after mani service, got rid of the 5 minute foot massage, customer service was declining, etc. Being new to the area I found Dazz nails which is also new to the area. I decided to try it out and I do not regret my decision one bit. I've been twice now. The first time I let them know I am trying to grow my nails out since I'm a nail biter and they advised me on what to get without breaking the bank. This last time I splurged and got a mani/pedi for my engagement party. I'm not joking when I say it was the best pedicure I've ever gotten. The foot massage I received for the deluxe pedicure was 10 minutes long and they work all the way up to your knee, which was great for my calves with constantly being on my feet. They use fresh fruit slices to exfoliate the skin and it just felt so luxurious and pampering. They took their time with my toes since they can be sensitive and constantly asked me if I was happy with my service. When I came in for a manicure the first time nails were tiny, but now I have some growth and I am so excited! After the manicure they offer to lotion your hands which is my favorite part since my previous salon stopped those services. My hands always feel dry after service and it was just what I needed. The prices are pretty much what I paid elsewhere, but the quality is significantly better. I hope more people in the area take a chance on this new salon as I did, and I hope they are just as happy with their service! read more
