After a long search I have found my new go to nail location. I had heard great things about Dazzles but never had tried them. Recently I have been looking for a new salon. I have tried a number of places around the Springfield area but was not impressed by any of them. Ken was AMAZING! It was the best gel manicure I have had in a long time. He is efficient and meticulous and my nails have not looked this good in a while. I had awful cuticles and my nails were broken and cracked. Ken somehow made them look healthy something I haven't seen in such a long time. He also was so patient. I'm not the easiest because my fingers tend to lock. Other places I've gone alway made me feel bad about it but not Ken. He just readjusted my hand position so I was comfortable. He was so incredible patient with me and never me feel like it was a bother. I was also very impressed at the level of professionalism he had. He not only introduced himself but took the time to get to know me. I haven't had this at other salons and often feel like just another customer. Ken made me feel welcomed and valued even though I was new. Dazzles far exceeded all my expectations. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere is by far the best in the Springfield area. Dazzles is my new go to salon and Ken my new technician. read more

We were waiting for our car to get serviced and did a random walk in and were so happy with the service, quality of our pedicures , and cleanliness and brightness of the spa! I had an obscene amount of blisters on my feet too which is so odd but she took extra time to make my feet extra smooth and take care of the blisters and callouses. The front desk staff was also amazing and helpful when picking out nail colors. I can't recommend this place enough! I've never been to nail salon with a better environment than this one! Picked out an exact color match to the reference picture, but somehow got something more pinky purple not grey purple. She did my design so lazily I was in a out in 30 min. The reason for the one star is the price, this is not what $50 nails should look like, AND because when we were all done and she was filing my nails in the end she took my finger with the design on it to show the worker next to her and started laughing. I was running late because I had to stop at a store (busy work life) and also just found out a family member passed away and so they called me because I wasn't there yet and they even said it's ok if I come now or in 15 minutes. I walked in on a Saturday morning, with no appointment, picked my color, and was immediately seated for a pedicure. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. As you can see in the photos, the interior of the salon is bright and clean. It's like the Mac store of nail salons. They have been open for about a month now, so everything is brand new -- the massage chairs, the equipment, the furniture -- and business is starting to pick up. Although that wasn't the best part, the service was superb! I had an SNS manicure by Andy and just WOW. Vivian did my nails and I have never had acrylic nails look so perfect. I was amazed at how thin they were but not too thin, and now I am 3 weeks out and they still look so nice even with the regrowth and me constantly biting them. I'll have to get them taken off for work, (I usually don't do acrylics but I really missed having a full set) but I will definitely be going back here to do that!
