The first time I swung by and didn't schedule an appointment, just a walk in. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to take me shortly after arriving. For the service, I chose brows for her. This was my first time ever getting waxed and I came here after asking a friend where she does - I've attempted arms at home but it was much faster here! This was also my first time ever getting a Brazilian and I was horrified. Tea was awesome and made me feel very comfortable! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately got me in the room as I was a few minutes late to my appointment. The room was clean and Tea walked me through everything; she read the notes I put down during the appointment booking and gave me tips to prevent the breakouts after waxing (since I don't do it regularly). We talked the whole session - I told her it was my first time getting a professional wax and I was especially scared for the Brazilian. She put me at ease, asked me if the wax temp was fine, talked to me and even put on music to help me relax. It was less painful than I expected, which also gave me comfort the staff is experienced. She was very transparent and when waxing my arms she used the stick wax but for certain parts used the strip since the stick was drying too quickly before she could pull. I felt taken care of and she double checked to ensure she removed all hair. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be coming again regularly! read more

I have been (lazily) looking for a new waxer close to home and finally found a keeper in Nicki. I came in about 5 minutes before my appointment and was greeted/checked in pretty quickly. The room was clean, smelled great (chocolate wax), and it felt like i knew Nicki for years. I'm usually quiet through most of my waxes, but we talked the whole time. The wax itself was quick and painless. I hate thigh waxes, but this was the quickest and least uncomfortable one I've ever had. Great experience overall and I'll be back regularly. read more

I absolutely recommend this place. They are very nice people, make you feel at ease and do a great job. I come here for brazilian and they always made me feel welcome, teach me some stuff if I ask and genuinely nice. The place itself is easy to find, have parking spots right outside, nice interior and waiting area if you ended up waiting, which I never needed to and they also offer deals on Yelp when you check-in. I always go to Samina for my eyebrow threading and she does a thorough job everytime. The studio is on the second floor of the building to the right, and the suite design is cute. They have comfy couches to wait, and you never wait too long. It only takes about 5-7 minutes tops for my brows to be threaded, and it's always accompanied by friendly conversation.
