I tried really hard to like this place due to the other reviews. It's has a nice atmosphere. I walked in and at first he told me he was booked so I said "No problem, we'll come back tomorrow." Then he changed his mind and said he could squeeze us in (red flag 1). They took my daughter, did a super fast mani, not the best but she's 10 yrs old. Then I waited 45 minutes before they took me and I could tell the technician was not happy about it (red flag 2). Then she switched out my chosen color with a gel, which I did not want. I did not know until she had painted one hand and brought over the little drying machine. I said, "oh I didn't want gel." She didn't say anything. I just thought ok fine. Let's just finish this. Then I wanted one little design on one finger, which I did ask for at the beginning. Switch technicians again for the flower. It was nowhere close to what I asked for. And since they used gel, the one nail is super thick painted over multiple times with clear (red flag 3)! Then when I went to pay, ($70 for a 10 yrs old FAST mani and "a not what I wanted" mani 2 hours in the making with 3 techs") I was told you have to pay the tip in cash. I'm traveling and don't carry cash. He pointed to an ATM in the back, which only gives you money in increments of $20 plus $2 fee. (Final one-Star-review RED FLAG!) I understand a couple of the things that happened but when you just keep stacking them, no matter what I said to try and make it better, NOT COOL in my book. They have a happy hour special from Mon-thurs. I was visiting my parents from AZ and my feet were in horrible shape, they now look amazing thanks to the girl who gave me the pedicure. Highly disappointed in my service today at Dazzle Nails. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment and provided what services I would like. The front desk began rushing the call and said they would see me at 3pm. As I was getting off the phone I repeated the services I was requesting (a gel fill and a color change on my toes) I arrived on time to my appointment and began receiving service from the first tech. She completed my nails and then told me I was finished. I discussed again my color change on my toes with the front desk and the first tech and was told that I will have to wait for a while because people came in with appointments. I was puzzled and questioned how long would I need to wait as I also made an appointment. The front desk assistant did not respond and proceeded to walk away and ask other techs if they can do my toes. He then came back to me and sat me in another chair that had not been prepped and walked away. I sat for 10 minutes with my feet dangling on the side of the chair basin without being acknowledged or assisted with the sanitary bags that go in the chair basin prior to each client. Another tech finally walked over and placed a towel on the chair and walked away. I then at 8.5 months pregnant moved to put my feet down and close the arm rest for more comfort. 10 additional minutes passed and a male walked over and began working on my toes without speaking. He then puts a solution on my feet and walks away to work on another client without changing gloves. I waited another 15 minutes for an additional tech to come over whom did not speak. She proceeds to rinse my feet with cold water and smacks any additional dust from the gel polish off my toes. She then rudely brushes nail polish across my skin and toe nails as if she was upset she had to assist me. Due to this I politely paid and left the business without finishing my service. I am highly disappointed in the way staff handled the scheduling and treatment of a client. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

It was first time at this nail salon and I was very impressed. I called later in the day on Saturday and they were able to get me in within 20 minutes. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite. He called me about 5 minutes before the appointment to make sure I was still interested, I told him I was in the parking lot - so they got me in a few minutes early. The salon is larger, so you don't feel like you're on top of the people next to you. Everyone that worked there was very nice and engaging. They all had a smile on their face and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The salon was very clean with a fresh, modern design. The lady who did my nails was wonderful! The only negative thing I'd say would be the parking is kind of minimal. However, they still won a new customer - I'll definitely be making this my go-to nail salon! read more

Well, I'll begin with saying that the salon it's self if very clear and spacious, love the environment. Not the widest selection on color, but they had a decent amount. I was looking for a baby pink but the only ones they had was in a brand the technician said it's not that good(the top level with the green label) Anyways, the first time I went, the technician was lovely super nice, but my nails and toes were horrible. I asked for tapered square, (I've been getting my nails done constantly for 5 years so I notice everything- i don't say coffin off the bat because some techs do them too sharp) and I got wide square nails, and for both my hands and toes, it appears that maybe the top gel coat wasn't applied evenly, so it gave it a cheetah print texture. As for my second time, yesterday, besides not finding the desired color, everything went smooth, I was happy with the shape and everything. Until the tech INSISTED and I mean INSISTED that I get a design. I've never said no so much before, and after awhile I got tired of her asking and just let her do it. I showed her the only design I'd be okay with and the color (white) but again she refused and said black and the design she wanted. I said only one, but of course she wanted to do four nails, but I kept saying no and just stuck with two. Even the one that she claimed she wasn't going to charge I still denied. I was looking for a simple set and that's not what I have now. I'm more upset with the design than I am with the fact that two of my other nails was coated with a dust particle. I'm really disappointed that I've had bad experiences. I really wanted to like this place!! And I even told the gentleman when I called to schedule yesterday's appointment that I was not happy the first time, and he said he'll make sure it'll be better this time. Honestly, I don't know if I would give it another chance. Also, my first time: I was literally the only customer inside on a Monday morning, so they were crazy busy. My second time: I called in advance, and there was only 3 of us getting serviced no wait at all, and too other technicians were free so again not busy. Worked with a great staffer Helen who left suddenly in about June 2022. In my opinion, she was the best thing there and IMHO the disorganized male manager is extremely rude and incompetent. When asked why an appt was a half hour late, he got very surly to me as if how dare I ask him that. Additionally, the request for use of a plastic shield due to COVID was now (August 2022--used regularly there earlier in the pandemic) was in my opinion met with great reluctance and as if I was being overly demanding. In my opinion, what could be a good shop is spoiled by this male manager! Also, tired of the model where the men own or manage the place and tell the women what to do! I am grateful for this experience in that I plan to only patronize women owned nail salons in the future that continue to use the plastic shields as standard operating procedure for all despite the partial abatement of COVID. read more
