Unfortunately, that "repair" was just as worthless as the first one. I also requested an itemized receipt so I could submit the repair for warranty reimbursement. They never sent it. No follow-up. No professionalism. No accountability. Now, only one week later, my AC is out AGAIN. So, to recap: * Nearly $600 spent. * AC failed within 30 minutes. * Attempted upsell for another $300. * Failed to provide the requested documentation. * AC failed again a week later. This company took my money, failed to properly diagnose or repair the issue, tried to charge me more when their repair didn't work, and then disappeared when I needed paperwork. If you enjoy wasting money, sweating, and dealing with excuses instead of solutions, then Honest Air Conditioning is the company for you. We used to be able to get prompt service but we have been on the schedule for a week, with a general "they will come after their first call" so we had to take off work and wait around at the house so we could get our fridge fixed. At 10:15am, they call to let us know that they are not going to come and we can reschedule out another week or so. If you knew that you could not make it, call the day before so we are not wasting our time and vacation hours from work. I had recommended them to a friend recently and heard the same complaint that they went elsewhere due to the run-around. Its sad since they did have good service at one time -- but would no longer recommend unless you want your appliances down for an unreasonably long period of time and your time wasted.
