I am completely satisfied with the service and the work at DBA. Someone rear-ended my car. DBA worked with my insurance directly. They helped with the rental car so that all I had to do was get my car to DBA (it was drivable), drive the rental away, then drive the rental back to DBA when it was time to drive mine home. No ubers, no bothering relatives, and no repeat calls to the insurance company. It was really convenient -- in fact, I can't imagine how it could have been more convenient. My "new to me" 2014 Mercedes was hit in a parking lot with some damage to the rear bumper and rear bumper grill. DBA auto body had my car for about a week and when it was done looked better than new. Jon showed me certain details they corrected that no one else would have ever seen. An amazing job that I could not be happier with. If you need minor or major body damage repaired, these guys are consistently great. Update: I knew the gas cap tether was broken on my car, i went to fill up after having the bumper done and i fumbled with the gas cap. After juggling with it and thinking it was going to drop and possible damage now perfect paint, the tether caught as it was fixed by the shop. I had issues with a paint job on a car that I bought from a used dealer. I brought it over to DBA to see it what it would cost since I didn't trust the used car dealer to repaint it. Jon was awesome. He told me that it wasn't really worth the money to have him paint it but he wanted to help anyways. He gave me a very detailed quote of all the product numbers and what it would cost to repaint both the rear and front bumpers. With this information I was able to go to the used dealer and they agreed to replace and paint both bumpers. I highly recommend this company. Jon just really wanted to help me as a customer and I can't tell you how amazing that was. If I ever need bodywork in the future I certainly would go back to them as they are a standup company! I have not been in an accident in quite some time and when i was rear ended last month and only being in MA for few years I had no idea where to bring my new X5. My insurance company gave me a list and since DBA was the closest I chose to take the car to them and they were a preferred Shop as well. I will say that my experience was nothing short than extraordinary from start to finish. Everything was set up in advance from taking care of the Insurance Paperwork to having a Rental ready for me when I dropped of car off. BMW's are notorious for having many parts and being difficult to work on but this car came back to me as if nothing had happened and considering where i was hit affected a few safety systems i was nervous. I am very particular about my vehicle and it was pristine before the accident and even better now. I had some front end damage that my insurance company covered and gave me a list of places. I called 2 places previous, but they were unresponsive or returned my call days later. DBA answered right away and I even found out from my ins. company that they are one of the preferred places. DBA helped me every step of the way. They even had a small form that asked what my top concerns were. A business who actually cares about my concerns, I have never seen that before. Later, I got a call from DBA informing me that the ins. appraiser only put down OEM parts instead of the manufacturers, and said he didn't want to order all of them OEM since it was just over 20,000 miles. Instead he handled everything for me and got 90% new parts and the ones he felt were acceptable OEM replacements. Even though they were unusually busy, and took a week and a half to fix my car. They took their time to make sure the job was done right even with my best interests in mind. I have been driving my car for 2 months after the fix and you would never even notice it had any body work. I can't thank them enough for their top notch quality and service! read more

Incredibly nice and totally customer oriented. I was directed there when I bumped into the owner, Jon, at my dealership. He does bodywork for the Infiniti dealer and overheard me complaining that someone had scraped my car and that it was going to cost me a fortune. Jon invited me to swing by assuring me that his guys would be happy to take care of it at no charge. He even called ahead so when I got there his office manager, Donna, greeted me warmly and immediately sent my car off with her "best guy". Brand new VW GTI, only 3 months old gets rear ended. I brought it to DBA on recommendation from my dealer and they replaced the rear bumper, painted it and I was good to go. I discovered later there was a problem with the alignment that was rubbing against the hatch door and causing scratches. I brought it back to DBA and they provided me with a car rental at their expense and realigned the bumper and buffed the microscratches out. They had my car ready in about a day. They stand behind their work and I was honestly surprised, I haven't had the best experience with car shops in the past. Kudos to them. That was about 5 months ago and the car still looks perfect, like it never happened. Throughout the whole experience, I appreciated their expertise and kindness. They even accommodated my request not to run my car through an auto wash and hand washed my car (to avoid scratches.) These guys know their stuff and care about the work they do. This location was recommended by the Infiniti dealership on route 1 I brought my car in they looked at my car gave me and estimate and said i had to call my insurance for all these things that my insurance company informed me that they should be doing. I then back with additional questions and they said well we have to put you in the schedule before we answer these questions you have. i waited for a call back. There was no call. I called them once i left a message with Donna. 7 days passed I never got a call back. I called back again left a message with Bill, Donna was on vacation. 4 days passed never got a call back. I called back a few times in between and the the phones were busy. I called back once again and i was informed "if you don't like our service don't use us." I said ok not a problem i will not be using you. What a big waste of my time and what a dump! read more
