He took a quick look at it and went to work to attach my bumper back on for me, took about 20 minutes of his time which I am extremely grateful and now my bumper is back on. (For context, I'm an automobile attorney, so I know exactly what to look for.) Shockingly, they flat-out refused to provide it. That's a massive red flag. Any legitimate shop operating in Massachusetts should have no problem showing proof they're properly registered. The refusal alone tells you everything you need to know. Proceed with extreme caution.
