I had a left fender hit on my park 2017 Accord Touring when the SUV reversed back from the driveway and ran! So I need to pay the deductible, even though the car has only 20 K under Honda care warranties. The insurance sent me to Boch Honda collision center now, Nucar. They did the most neglected repairs I had ever seen. The front fender was replaced by after-market crap, fade painted with fade spot, and they broke the side left spoiler clips and did not fix them; on top of that, half of the engine compartment plastic clips were missing. They did not replace the PPF on the fender, so we need to recall it. Fender replaced it with paint, which cost over $ 3000. Refrain from repairing your car, or constantly check before to pick up. This dealer provided terrible customer service, as usual. read more

This place does sub par work at best. They do horrible prep work which leads to the bad end result. They had my car for quite a while with no follow up. Every time there was communication it was because I initiated it. My car was basically detailed when I brought it in for a minor scuff by a neighbors visitor. I have paint where there shouldn't be any, high clear coat marks where it was taped off, they clear coated over dirt from a tree, my door handle on passenger side where work was done is now loose like it wants to fall off, door molding insert (metal) has a dent just under the same door handle, had clear coat on my window visors and the silver paint around the edge behind the visors. The only thing good was the color match. I would definitely look else where for body work if you care about your car. Super unhappy. Was told to bring it back if not happy after 30 days but not sure I'd want them to touch the car again. Buyer beware. read more

This place is horrible...period. They scratched my driver's side window, and it had to be replaced. The paint was "bubbly", and they returned the car to me with literally NO GAS. AVOID THIS PLACE Got in an accident in front of the place, and was able to drive it there without waiting for a tow. The only reason I brought it here. They had my truck for two weeks with no update. I called to find out what was happening two times. Finally, the Friday before Memorial Day, I was told my truck was at the alignment shop and then had to come back to get cleaned. 6 hours later, story changed and it had already been cleaned and was still at the alignment shop. Unfortunately, the advisor said 'she was leaving for the long weekend and wouldn't be around to pick up my truck from the alignment shop, so I had to wait til Tuesday'. even though it was all done. I picked it up myself, from Direct Tire (and why Boch would send business there and not to Boch Toyota for my Toyota truck is beyond me). Immediately went back to Boch and pointed out sticky residue that was all over the repaired area. I think the manager came out as he was the only one left and was able to clean it off. Once I got home, I realized they installed my new bumper completely crooked!!! Half an inch space on the right and two inch space on the left. They installed the wrong head light bulbs, had wax residue all over the bumper, and the tire that they replaced, they never balanced it. So my truck shook when driving. Took it back the following week when they re-opened. Again, no communication as to the status throughout the week. Received a call at 4:45 Friday saying my truck was done and they were there until 5 pm. Thanks for the 15 minute heads up.... Reviewing paperwork after the fact, they charged my insurance company twice to balance the same tire that they never balanced in the first place. Poor work, poor quality control, poor communication. read more

About three or four months ago this body shop did my front left fender. Very subpar, not great looking, and in my opinion a hack job. Paint overspray on the hood little white specs ,tape marks left on the fender, Inside lip of the front headlight caked with white compound dust. I got off to a bad start when I showed up and the adjuster was trying to tell me the marks weren't there because of the accident, they were there for other reasons doors hiring my car or rocks on the highway , but the marks were approved by my insurance company so they were fixed . I kept saying to myself this front end looks horrible fast forward two months after that I'm sitting in my car and someone backed into the identical spot that they fixed and it needs to be re-done . After picking up my car from clay in newton, I realized How much of a hack job boch did to my car . No overspray no tape marks looked better than my cars ever looked in my life. I left so many reviews emails and no one even reached out to me as a follow up so what I'm saying to anyone that reads us DO NOT go to Boch collision for auto bodywork they just do it as fast as they can and do not care about the quality. My car had a clean low-speed frontal hit like many cars have every day of the week. It went to Boch Collision Center as it was very close to the scene and my insurance approved it. As a result, I had two really big problems with them. First of all, they told me nothing about a very bad side damage to one of the tires the car got so it could easily have blown on my way home and I would end up in another accident as a repairman in a tire shop told me later, after I found out this damage and brought the car there. As the insurance said later "we had deemed that as prior damage". Well, it might have nothing to with the collision but at least the bode shop could have informed me (the insurance could actually too, but this was not their responsibility at all). Secondly, the repair took MUCH longer then expected. The original estimate the insurance provided was 11 days. The car actually spent in Boch Collision 36 days. Keeping in mind, the company works on Saturdays, this means 31 work day. The final invoice I got stated 106 work hours i.e. about 13 days only even if they had the only repairman working on the car. Meaning the car was mostly just staying idle with no one working on it. Also, based on the payments the insurance made, I can see that things Boch Collision was working on during the first 2 weeks costed $ 12k. The next three weeks was about $ 800 only (in a typical shop $ 800 work is usually one day, not 3 weeks). Last week I called them every day or sometimes they called me and the response always was "Probably, tomorrow". The work itself appears to be OK but my personal bottom line is "NEVER EVER". read more

My repair consultant, Tom Bickford, was awesome from the get go. He took the time to explain the process, keep me updated on what was going on with my vehicle, and he and his team were able to get my Corolla back to me a few days earlier than estimated! My car looks like a brand-spankin' new machine, and it was fairly quick and painless (at least as quick and painless as 2.5 weeks sans your own vehicle can be). They broke my car! Was recommended to the Collision Center by the insurance after some cosmetic damage to the exterior of my car (read some small dents). Should have been a quick and easy repair. After 2 weeks I get a call back letting me know that not only is the car not reassembled yet but that they broke some interior paneling in the repair process. The representative we were assigned also was completely impossible to reach. Only called back after 10 calls and didn't offer me any solutions as to how they were going to fix what they broke. I cannot with a good conscience recommend this place to anyone. read more

They are in the business of ripping off the customers and harassment..I think they get it from Boch guys...very good at sales but 0 at doing things...even after charging my insurance company more than the value of the car they couldn't get it into it's normal condition and kept arguing with me over a month about it. Finally when I gave them a bad rating in their customer survey their director called me and got really upset with me for giving a negative review. .Their trick is not to give the entire estimate at once and then keep adding the amount for new stuff and then make all the bucks they can, cheap stupid place to go for. They doubled the original appraisal cost and more than doubled the estimated time it took in the shop. Even after all that, upon inspection, I found a damaged part that should have been replaced, and a fresh crack they put in my windshield (God knows how that even happened). I also had a small barely noticeable crack in one of my panels prior to going in there, which was turned into a much larger crack that I now need to fix. The insurance company covered it all, so I figured I couldn't lose. Even so, I probably wouldn't go back there. The service in my opinion was sloppy and extremely expensive, but I gave them an extra star because my representative was very friendly and very quick to respond to any questions I had. He was a great guy to deal with. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had tires/wheels replaced on my car & some caliper damage repaired last month. I was called to come pick my car up, handed the keys and was told I was all set. Upon leaving the parking lot, I hit the brakes before entering traffic only to find that I had NO BRAKES! Luckily, there was not a car coming at that moment. I pulled the e-brake and marched back inside to find out how I could be given a car without brakes. I was sent away with my rental car while they determined the cause of the issue with my car. A Boch Collision employee confirmed in email that they located the issue with my car and that the brakes were not fully bled, which caused the brake failure. I brought this issue to the attention of the manager Bobby, who said I must have just THOUGHT the brakes didn't work because I must have gotten used to the feel of the rental car brakes and that I was just mistaken. Silly me, as a female I obviously don't know the difference between pressing my brakes and having the car stop verses the brake going straight to the floor without stopping. Despite the fact that I have it in writing that Boch located the issue and that it was caused by them not bleeding the brakes fully, the manager continued his condescending fictitious story about how I was just mistaken about the brakes not working. I was unable to pick up the car for days because they insisted I come down and sit in different cars first to feel how different brakes can feel. If brakes work then a car should STOP. But they insisted I get a lesson on brakes. I guess in their mind, since I am a female, I am not intelligent enough to understand the concept of brakes. I have NEVER dealt with someone so arrogant and condescending! Bobby just continued to deny, deny, deny and of course blame me for being too stupid to know how to use a brake. Here is the email acknowledging their error: "I'm so sorry about this afternoon. We did find the issue. After the vehicle sat when it was completed, the air pressure wasn't fully bled. I had a collision repair on a Honda odessey van at boch collision center that were over 12,000 in damages that effected the fron end of the van where it had caused a problem with the suspension and had exhausted every measure to rectify the situation and the problem that had caused improper alignment and balance with excessive shacking and vibrations of the vehicle that are still there today, they had pocketed the insurance money without performing the proper repairs. read more

GREAT PEOPLE - GREAT SERVICE! I cannot say enough good things about Boch Collision Center in Norwood, MA. I first called Boch on a Sunday and left a voicemail message. Even though Boch is closed on Sunday, Bobbie Brown called me back within an hour. He and I then exchanged emails with me providing the Adjuster's Estimate that we had received. The vehicle was brought into Boch later that week, on Thursday, and all repairs were completed as approved by the insurance carrier for a little less than the estimate and in less than a week. Tom Bickford handled the repairs once the vehicle was at Boch. I had to do all of this from California, where I live, because the vehicle was hit while in Massachusetts where my son goes to college. Because it is summer, the vehicle actually was with my son's friend who was using it while my son came home for the summer. Both Bobbie and Tom could not have been more helpful and accommodating with this crazy situation! I wish we had a Boch Collision Center in California; I will not hesitate to use them again - but hope that I won't need to! read more

poor workmanship, our 2016 crv was hit from behind 1800.00 in damage to a 2 week old $32000.00 car, wife brought car home after repairs, found 2 each plastic fasteners missing, mud flap screws loose and grease spot on rear of seat, no pride in workmanship, those are the things i could see, i brought our car there instead of going to our autobody shop that we use all time, proven great work. i thought because i bought the car at boch this shop would know what they where doing, we will never go back, lesson learned. read more
