There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. We found a sprinkler that was still not working properly and he came back the next day to fix it, free of charge. If you need sprinkler repair, then call Sebastain, he's the real deal!

Our request was also a bit of an atypical one- we asked him to set up our manual pool valve on our automated sprinkler system so we could keep the pool level while we're away. Was lied to about a flat rate quote. I clearly explained what needed to be done in the yelp request was told one price and when I went back to confirm got a different price. I said ok fine. 2. Guy shows up to my house a full hour early while I'm at work still. He gave me a 2-4pm window and comes at 1pm. 3. I try to find a time to reschedule (there's no emergency here thankfully) and he says it's 1000 dollars plus the repair to come on a Sunday. 4. Says photos will be taken down like in the past. Clearly this isn't the first time. There are a lot of companies to choose from please pick someone else.
