Ok, I can look past the two issues , as he seemed so nice and helpful. He told me I would have an estimate in a day or so. After three days, I contacted Manuel regarding estimate, he promised it to me the next morning. He came so highly recommended I was surprised he was such a flake, but I kept giving him chances. After I got the estimate I texted him that I wanted to move forward and can I send him a deposit electronically. He responded yes, but with no directions. After 3 more days I contacted him again and said let's get started, tell me what I need to sign and how do I send you money. No response. This morning I told him to forget it, I'm not going to beg for him To do the work. He had some lame excuse how the person, Steve , who does the paperwork wasn't feeling good. After meeting with Steve, I liked what he had to say and we got started on installing a pool, hot tub, and astroturf. These guys were pretty amazing, they blazed through this process, it went so surprisingly quick, I think we were pretty much finished in about a month. Not only that, but just super fair, always answered the phone when I called, and hired a great team that worked hard and were very respectful of the property. As soon as I sell this house, I'm hiring them again to do my next pool. Everything turned out perfect, and I've already referred them to a few people that have been by the house and loved what they saw.

I have to give kudos as the old gas connector was melded to the pipe from the heat of previous use. Took ALOT of work to cut off. As the job included gas there is always that trepidation about leaks, etc. I felt 100% confident that Tristan knew gas log sets and their installation, and he took the time to explain things to me. Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. Take my word, these people are as good and honest as it gets!

He showed up and was friendly, got right to work, shocked it, and did a "clarify" right away. Later backwashed and rinsed the sand filter. He came back later that day, cleared it out & vacuumed. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and all for a very competitive price. I'm really glad I found Breakpoint because I've had a painful time corresponding with the other 2 'big groups' in the area. Breakpoint did it faster, better, and cheaper than the competition. I switched and after a year with this new company I can say this is not normal. They overcharged for everything. They destroyed plants breaking branches, lawn - pouring pool water on it (still can't grow back) and when the pump broke they said they'd maintain the water while we waited for repair. They not only didn't maintain it but I had to drain it 3 times in 2 months because they could even get the water balanced from scratch. They were also dishonest on occasion about repair and showing up. Nice people but not acceptable service. I caution anyone from working with these guys. It's expensive and the damage is even more expensive.
