While scheduling can be difficult (he prioritizes emergency calls, as he should), his work is top-notch and his team goes above and beyond, doing the things you didn't think of but needed, such as making sure drains are clear when changing faucet or putting in proper shutoffs where they should be -- no cutting corners. On multiple occasions, he and his team have stayed late until the job is done. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are easily worth the money to know that the job will be done correctly the first time -- and I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to how I think things should be done. I did not want a mega steam unit by Burnham (this replaced the defective Burnham V8 boilers) because they are prematurely falling also. Schildwachter sells Weil Mclain and Peerless boilers. After doing a lot of research and contacting 8 companies it became obvious the senior account executive Enrique at Schildwachter knew what needed to be done at competitive prices.
