I guess they saw me walking around the shop and then one of their employees drives my car up to the gate with the old tires still on my car. They're just so irresponsible, I really don't recommend this place to anyone. They have so many cars there that you can't even move around the lot. Very bad business. I would've just be ok if they told me, we're busy, bring it another day. Don't lie to customers....

They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes.
