They also have laser service here . Every MA and receptionist ( I talked to John, Vincent, Co Cindy is very sweet too) , though they have a high volume of phone calls, they always make sure every patient and the problem is well taken care of. Excellent Providers, they have a strong team of experienced MD and PAs ( David and Teresa were my Dermatology PAs , they were so kind and knowledgeable), very devoted to their patients. No reply, so I figured they must not monitor that (why have that feature if no one follows up!?) and the problem I am calling about started changing more and becoming more worrisome so starting 7/16/26 I started calling them for an appointment. I now know when you call if is routed to some overseas scheduling service even when calling during business hours, everyone I have talked to has either a British or Australian accent. I have told them I have a referral and need an appointment. I have been told there's some issue with the referral or they can't find it. I have offered the authorization number and was told that won't help. I have given my info a few times and have been told they will escalate my call and I will definitely receive a callback, shocker still have NEVER received a callback. I called this morning and asked to be transferred directly to the FV office and at a separate time asked to speak to the office manager. Both times were transferred to a voicemail and left a message. The office has failed CA Timely Access Standards and I am filing grievances. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else.

I was clear about ONLY wanting to use a filler that meets the Alle rewards requirements, and I ONLY wanted to use what would satisfy the requirements. Turns out that quote was not the actual price. (More expensive than what I was quoted) The lady who performed the filler let me know she was running late to pick up her kids and not only did this stress me out but I felt rushed through the process of Botox and filler. Not a good combo- to feel anxious because the practioner is rushed and someone is poking your face with needles. It did not feel good to be rushed and overcharged. I just had to pay the higher amount because she didn't know the price? Didn't feel good. I wouldn't have done it then. Also I was trying out a new service and wanted to take my time. My eyelids are now hooded and I have to use prescription eye drops to tighten the skin to improve visibility and reduce irritation. And the 11s are still there. Even though the people are friendly and it seems like a nice place, you are only as good as your last appointment, so I give them a negative 1. And I have to frown with hooded eyes for 4 months now. The worst part is that I trusted her and talked ti her about my fears of bad injections and she did it anyways. It hard not to take it personally. nd also, the "heavy dropped brow" seems to be triggering more migraines. Utter waste of trust and money.
