They not only came out and gave a quote, but said they could do it that same day! Way sooner than other places that gave quotes but wouldn't be available for a week or so. Some places wouldn't even do a job unless it was $2000 or more to make it worth their time, which my job was in the low $100s at best. They listened to my concern about another board that looked to have a portion rotted and they were able to include replacing the rotted part and not create additional seams between the boards--something I hadn't thought possible! After meeting with Garret, I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of fencing, that I was feeling good about his vision. Similar to what other reviewers have mentioned, the estimate for Campbell's was extremely affordable, and significantly below other estimates and anecdotal knowledge from my friends who have recently had similar work done installing fences around their homes. The work was completed according to the original timeline, and Garret coordinated with my other two neighbors on their shared costs, so I didn't have to worry about collecting their payments, etc. With so many options available for fence installation, I hope this review saves others some unnecessary research -- the other reviews for Campbell's are accurate, as these guys do quality work, on-time, and very price-competitive. The great customer service from Garret just added another benefit of giving my business to Campbell's! I'm looking forward to working with Campbell's on also adding a sealant / stain to complete the beautiful new addition to my house.

He repeated back everything that I had requested and even made some suggestions that were very helpful. To my surprise he started on the project pretty quickly and kept me updated ( with pictures ) as to the progress of it. That's excellent customer service. Now as to the quality of the project. One word. Excellent. The welds were perfect. I'm big on detail and I looked these tables over from top to bottom. Quality material, measurements were precise, and well balanced. I'm more than pleased with everything. It was a great experience all around. I'm definitely going to go directly here for all my future metal fabrication needs. I saved the question/answer about price for last, because quality of work comes first. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work will show for a lifetime. That's a bunch of crap. They don't know what the rest of my deck looks like. They never bothered to come out and look at it. This rest of my deck is in good condition because it's covered and out of the elements. The area of the deck I want repaired is uncovered and exposed to the elements.
