The service there has gone downhill, I noticed it's all new employees. I don't know if it has a new owner or what. The employees there don't seem to care or great you as the old employees did. I recommend training your new employees or get new ones all together. read more

Huge selection though all mixed flavors and they've discontinued the Mt Dew'ish flavor. If they'd only get better exhaust fans....clouds are pretty thick here... As a whole, I really do like this store. They are one of the few in the Puyallup area who carry a full line of Smoov products. I am not, however, real pleased about their ability to get Smoov products in on a timely basis. I use the mini clearos with my Smoov 808 and have been coming by the shop each week for the last three weeks based on them telling me "They should be here next week.". Yesterday they told me they didn't know when they would be in or if Smoov was going to continue making them. Funny...I left the store, went out to my car, got on the Smoov website and ordered 5 of them. I got a notification that my order had shipped two hours later. I don't know why DC Vape is having such difficulty getting the mini clearos when I ordered them from Smoov in minutes, but I do believe that complete honesty is always the best policy. If you don't have something on order, don't tell a customer you do. If a customer has been coming in for three weeks trying to get a particular product you supposedly have on order then get off your duff and call the supplier and find out what the problem is. If you don't value my business enough to do this, then perhaps I need to visit here less often. read more

Walked in and it was so smokey you can barely see a foot in front of you, i get people want to test flavors but this was way overkill. There were four people working and not a single person greeted me. Stood there for close to 10 minutes without being helped while the workers carried on conversations with random people acting as if I wasn't even there. I finally said eff it and walked out. I've tried a lot of the shops down meridian trying to find a vape shop that was remotely friendly, recently I walked in to DC vape needing a coil and some juice, the service, help, friendliness and selection were amazing and unexpected! This is by far the best shop I have come to in regards to customer service! The guy at the counter was extremely helpful and I ended up finding one of my all time favorite juices with his help! They also talked with me and my sister who came in like we were friends. The shop was clean, organized and had an amazing vibe to it! I will be going here for all my vape needs from now on! As far as juices go, they have the same price for all their juices which is great! And pretty decently priced as well! When I walked in I didn't notice much of a selection for vapes or mods themselves, or even tanks, but they do carry a few. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for juice or coils! If I could give them 6 stars I would! read more
