If you're looking for a smoke shop that has everything you need this is the place! A loved one of mine needed to pass a drug/alc test with in 2.5hrs and the owner came through with the remedy and my loved one PASSED!!! On the way out the owner shouted "I'll be praying for your loved one" ... you can't find that anywhere! These days it's so hard to find good and genuine people who really care and hope for the best. This place has great prices on cigarettes and the guy who works here is extremely nice. He's good at remembering faces as the next time I went in, he immediately knew what I wanted. There's also a great selection of glassware and vape e-juices, also at a good price. I was browsing around the smoke shop "Smoke Widow" on Canyon and 115th Ave in Puyallup today. I was in the market for a new vape because my other one had broken at another vape shop I had purchased it from. As I was browsing I overheard a conversation the owner was having with a gentleman that had recently boughten a product from this location. At first I was appalled at the manner the owner was talking to this gentleman in. He sounded frustrated and exasperated. I listened closely at what was being said and it was apparent the client was very unhappy with his purchase as he had just boughten the product a couple days prior and it seemed to have broken. The owner was trying to fix the product but he did not succeed in doing so. He proceeded to get frustrated with the customer and angry with him. The customer politely asked for a refund on the product as he had his receipt and had only boughten it a couple days prior. The owner was adamant about not giving the man a refund. To compromise, the customer asked to exchange on the faulty product, the owner proceeded to say no he couldn't do that either. The customer was calm and mature up until that point I could tell he was getting frustrated. The owner proceeded to become verbally aggressive with the customer and was pushing him out of the store so the incoming customers did not hear what was being said. The owner then sold the same product to another customer. Do not come into this establishment! They are overpriced and unprofessional! read more

The guy that runs the shop the manager is real nice talks u into buying something u really did not intend to buy, hes a good salesman, and he will tell u "if theres any problem with that just bring it back and I will fix the problem and it's no problem" but as soon as u do bring something back his welcoming personality disappears and he becomes a very rude person. Trys to get u but things that r not necessary. So my experience is make sure what u buy works and u r absolutely satisfied because if u happen to have to come back it's not a visit.
