The person working behind the desk had to call someone for help. When it was my turn I found out I needed an emissions test so I left to get one and came back the same day. The nice woman behind the counter could not figure out how to do the simple transfer and once again got on the phone to someone else who couldn't figure it out either. After 30 minutes spent there I drove to the Scottsdale DMV and they did it within three minutes. LOTS of time eaten up. Though the woman was nice, they really need to find someone who can do even the most basic things.

While our new postal carrier was unwilling and or unable to provide a solution, I reached out to the post office on 59th Ave. and Brittany was able to address the issue.
