I don't want to give any stars but yelp say I have to give 1 stars First time we came to this place thought it would be a nice place and professional . We came to fixed my husband lower dentures and we were told that we couldn't. we told them we just needed the dentures adjusted they started quoted us $4500 for my husband to do 2 implants . They don't bother to even look at his current dentures. Or looked to see if they can help adjusting it. Other place they would help you get your dentures adjust and not trying to make money out of peoples . The Hispanic girl that took the x- rays was so rude to my husband we didn't know what to do because is our first time there. She has a terrible attitude that she shouldn't be working there. The doctor and his assistant insisted that my husband do the implants . When we told them it was too expensive they turned away and didn't want to help us with the adjustment that we came in for in the first place when I called to make the appointments . I will not recommend anyone to come to this place . There adds say "affordable dentures " well is not like it said .!!! This is first time and it will be the last time to come here. My father is an 80-year-old veteran and pastor. These folks performed an oral surgery on him in late April. He was scheduled to come back for a follow-up appointment last week. He's in excruciating pain, has several teeth missing and has a nerve exposed. He's been looking forward to this appointment for weeks because he can't eat or sleep. They denied him care based on a receptionist accusing him of being "rude" on the phone. We have no record of this call. Only a text asking to confirm the appointment. Now they're telling him he has to sit with this pain until the end of July. Even though paid $4,000 upfront for this surgery. It's unconscionable. read more

I have had these ill fitting dentures for about 16-18 months now, not only are they horribly off center, they are very uncomfortable. Due to them being off centered, I continually am biting my cheek where it jets out further than my jaw line! I came in for a cavity and their suggestion was to pull all my teeth and get dentures . 2 people tried to sell this theory to me. I am now two years out from the worst denture experience of my life. I am a long term denture user who has several full sets of dentures. After using 6 days of PTO returning again and again because they were unable to cast dentures that fit, I finally gave up and swore them off. I am confident their lab guy has no clue. My last set lasted 10 years, fit perfectly from day 1, like dentures should. This set from them, 2 years old and a tooth fell out My experience was so horrid, I cannot imagine trusting them drilling multiple holes in my jaw bones for implants. Robin, the office manager makes up excuses. I am in a PPO dental insurance plan. They performed services and have not billed PPO. They want me to pay the overpriced charge for a cleaning. Robin either has no idea how PPO in network services work or she has no idea how PPO insurance works. Told me they can charge whatever they want. Then gave me a business card for regional administrator that has a bogus email account on it and no phone number. Try to reach their corporate website and you cannot do it 404 error. read more

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They did not have a mold to take a imprint small enough for my mouth. I told the tech it was too big and jammed into my jawbone. She stated it was the smallest the had. After imprints were made the denture was paid for in full. I went back the next day actually 3 times for fitting the 3rd time I was told my money would be refunded by the corporate office either by check or refund to card. The doctors there the nurses all of the staff were really nice very friendly and very understanding of my anxiety they walked me through the process fixed my teeth and it was a wonderful experience. I smile again because of this place. I'm only 34 but due to genes I lost my whole mouth fast and rapidly. It began at 28. I stopped smiling for the last five years, but now I smile all the time. People have no clue I even have dentures because they fit so well and I have a small mouth. They worked with me to get it right! It helps if you have a picture of yourself smiling so they get an idea of what they need to fix to help you look yourself! Everyone in this office was extremely kind and helpful! This was the worst dental visit I've ever had. I wouldn't even call it a consultation. Dr. Amy had the worst bedside manor I've ever encountered. I took time off of my work day to come to a scheduled appointment which resulted in me waiting 40 min with a 5 min assessment. After telling me what she "couldn't" do or what would be an "issue" she just disappeared. She then sent the poor dental assistant over with a treatment plan which shocked me as she had only seen my two front teeth. I immediately asked that she come BACK over as her job description states and provide me with a THOROUGH analysis and options THAT COULD work for me. It was unbelievable!! I went to the Manor office for a full mouth implant consultation and had to get a tooth extracted and let me tell you how great Dr. Amy was!!! I needed a complex extraction and she was awesome she calmed me down and walked me through everything and it didn't hurt at all!! the Manager Ashley walked me through all my options and was a delight most consultations I have been to they just rush you in & out and don't explain very well and only give you the most expensive option. My aunt had dentures made at another place but they did not fit correctly and she went without them for years. After hearing her out, the manager Blaine who oversaw this location went way out of his way to ensure she had a perfect fit and answered all of her questions so she would feel completely supported this time. The whole team at this location was pleasant and helpful and we recommend them wholeheartedly! New to area. My insurance network listed them as a general dentist. When I made my appointment with them, they indicated that I would have to schedule my cleaning after the initial X-rays/exam. At the end of my exam, I was told that they didn't have a dental hygienist and didn't know that they would ever get one. I'm told other dentists won't perform a cleaning without doing their own X-rays/exam. My insurance only covers one annual exam. read more
