In fact, the employee at the register wasn't aware until he called the manager because the register wasn't working properly. After politely explaining my disappointment and the missed opportunity to quadruple the sale, the worker said he couldn't do anything. I promptly left and sent an email to the owner/founder through the website. Mainly, in an effort to provide feedback that simply made good business sense, and to share my disappointment. The response...crickets. No acknowledgment or explanation on their part. Service is everything and when it's bad...it makes a lasting impact. I won't ever shop here and I don't recommend anyone does...the halo IS crooked.

Some of the large dramatic pieces (there's a huge elephant picture for example; furniture) each has a story to go along with them. And the gals are happy to tell you the background.
