This salon is beautiful! I have been to so many salons and was actually SCARED to get my hair done! Every time I felt like they ruined my hair. I always left crying. I was going out on a very nice date with my boyfriend for our two year anniversary and I wanted I look really good. Now, I normally bleach my hair myself, but the last time I did it I was scared I was damaging my hair. So I called up a professional. I looked at review after review and picture after picture and decided on Jessica. I was hoping she would have an open spot and she managed to squeeze me in! Right before I was to go my dog got really sick and she let me reschedule to a few days later. Awesome!! So I get there and she was ready for me. I sat down she told me exactly what was possible with my hair. She turned me around and got to work. She answered all my questions with ease (What shampoo should I use? How long should I wait to come back? What products should I use in my hair?) and gave me a rundown on what not to do from now on lol. She turned me around when she was finished and I almost cried. It was PERFECT. I have never been happy leaving a salon but Jessica did it and more! 10/10 recommend. I can say I'm no longer scared for my hair as long as it's in her hands! All I can say is WOW!!! I had Sachi Tanaka for a hair cut this week and I am still amazed! Definitely the best haircut I have ever gotten. She was very informative about the types of shampoo and conditioner I should use on my hair, and showed proof by giving me the best shampooing of my life. My hair looked like it had been highlighted, but it was just from the amazing hair mask she gave me! Then she did a fabulous job cutting my hair in nice flowing layers. I have gotten layers cut from a cheap chain salon in the past, and it always looked like I had steps in my hair. The way Sachi did it, looks just perfect! As you can see in the before and after picture, it looks like I got highlights in my hair but I didn't! It's just from the cut and shampoo! I was lucky enough to get my hair cut by Tyler, and colored by Hannah. I went in very open minded . Tyler was able to suggest the best hair cut to help blend my damage bangs and brought my hair back to feeling silky smooth by doing a Brazilian Blowout. Uh-maze-ing!!! de Grance Salon is a magical place, but it has a main shining star. Sachi Tanaka. From the moment I walk through the door she is already chatting me up and there is never an awkward moment with her. She is like my therapist, but also my friend. Not to mention the fact that she is literally in the business of making you feel like your most beautiful self. My confidence is through the roof when I leave the salon. My hair has never looked better. I have known Suzie and Reyes since 2007 back from their Visible Changes days and I followed them here. I love them both!!!
