AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I had a horrible experience with PRO-Home Inspections. It seems as…read moreif this business only has one inspector running all the inspections, because when you call the number for the business, it takes you directly to the same inspector every time. The inspector (Ali Alrammahy) wasn't very thorough with his inspection, which was made evident in the severe damage that was found after I closed on the house. This severe damage is now costing me several thousands of dollars. It was a very small home so there was no excuse to miss such major damage, such as a huge spot of water damage on the wall of the home. He also claimed that he could not fit into the crawlspace of the home, because the opening was supposedly too small. This was not true, since I had another person inspect the crawlspace after I closed on the home, and this other person was much bigger than the inspector for PRO-Home Inspections (Ali Alrammahy). Once the second inspector took a look at the crawlspace, he sent me several pictures of mold and severe damage to the joists and beam of the crawlspace. If you want to make an informed decision to purchase your home, DO NOT HIRE PRO-Home Inspections (Ali Alrammahy).

The lengthy report and numerous photos that followed showed that a significant amount of time was dedicated to making sure that everything was in working order and listing anything in need of improvement. Suggestions were also given to obtain longevity from all moving parts. Our home was a new build, so we waited about 6 months post-closing to inspect, and Paul actually found things that we missed with our own punch list.
