We couldn't decide on what to get so we got a little of several things. We tried the beef ribs, pork ribs, pork belly, and chicken. For side we went with Mac & cheese, beans with brisket and jalapeño corn bread. The flavor of their meats is so good! My favorite part of smoked meat is the dark crust on the outside, and it was soooo good on both of the ribs!! It's some of the best smoked meats we've had in a long time. All of the side were also good but the Mac and cheese was my fav. The staff is super friendly and helped us decide what to try for our first visit. It's a nice, new, food truck with meats being smoked on site. There are picnic tables set up near the trucks if you'd like to eat when your food is served. There's plenty of parking on the sides and front of Trail Distilling. The truck is located on the left side of the building. We'll be back soon to try the burgers and the brisket.
