I went today with my co-workers to try this place out. It's a quaint little establishment, not for large groups there are a few tables seating 4, mostly takeout orders. I ordered the mix and match for $17, you get 2 sliders and order of fries and a beverage. I substituted fries with fried brussel sprouts for $4 more. The food was delish, the fried brussel sprouts were not my fav, will stick with the fries next time. I learned I don't like them fried. I had the 95 south which was very good. And the lamb burger. It's more like a thin patty. Will probably try another slider next time. There will definitely be a next time. It's a really cool lunch spot. I ordered the mix and match with the Wayne and the shrimp one. The Wayne was delicious. 5 stars. Perfectly cooked and good blend of flavors. The shrimp one was sub par. The shrimp was a little burnt and didn't smell the best because of the burn. 3 stars. Fries were good. The slaw and pickles are small and given in the sauce containers but were also good. When you order online, it gives you an estimated time but it won't tell you when your food is ready. I went at my time and my food was already finished and sitting for who knows how long. read more

I got a mix & match meal. The Goat slider - comes out looking like a pot roast pile of meat on a light tasting bun. But oh man, the flavors coming out of this with some awesome smoke flavor with tasty BBQ flavor bring a smile on your face. Next was the fat mama cheeseburger, a very nice sized burger patty season well with some lettuce and red onion topping the cheese and some tasty sauce. While in Wilmington recently, we popped into DE Slider Co. for a late lunch and were oh-so-pleased with our experience. My husband and I shared the two slider meal plus a bonus slider, which was plenty of food for two. The fave of our trio was the Wayne, a classic beef burger with fig jam to make it memorable. The fries were the sleeper hit: super-fresh and crispy with just enough salt. Everything was clearly prepared with so much care. Next time we're in town, we'll pay them another visit to sample even more menu items, including the very popular 95 South chicken sandwich that was sold out by the time we stopped in. read more

We headed downtown to try DE Slider Co and weren't disappointed. The restaurant is only open on the week days. I ordered the 95 South and You gonna Loooove this- mixed slider combo with fries and a drink. I could have skipped the fries, but the sliders were delish. Tried my partners and his were also amazing. We agreed the salmon could have been a bit crispier and seasoned. My partner said he would have ordered a full size Mary Had A Little Lamb because it was delicious. I would suggest eating there as I'm sure the food looses a bit of integrity traveling. Also the restaurant front is small, 3 tables inside and 3 tables outside, so don't bring a group of people. DE Slider opened in September of 2021 and they are a great addition to the business district of Wilmington! It is a cute place with plenty of seating and a great staff. Everything is made fresh and to your liking. There is something for everyone as far as vegetarian's, Pescatarians, and meat eaters! The salmon slider was cooked perfectly and very juicy, the chicken slider had a cornbread "bun" which was awesome and the regular burger was tasty! The garlic Parmesan fries were amazing and the side Caesar salad was spicy and delicious. The sliders came with a side of spicy coleslaw and fresh made pickles! I can't wait to return and try more! I can't remember how I stumbled across this restaurant, but I'm so glad I checked them out. My visit was during lunch rush, but they did a great job managing the rush. I went with the pick two. I got the 95 south and the fat mama cheeseburger. I upgraded to the garlic Parmesan fries. The sliders were delicious! The 95 south got a little messy since it was a cornbread bun base but would definitely try it again. The fat mama was cooked to perfection and packed a a powerful bite. The house made pickles were a great added touch. The housemade rosemary lemon iced tea was a perfect addition to my meal. The food tastes great! But the lunch order was not executed well! My 95 South, the chicken was overcooked. The Isabelle, the squash was missing on the slider. The ginger ale was missing. The sweet potato fries were not crispy. I had to cook the long in the toaster oven which took time away from my 30 min lunch break! I was disappointed to say the least. Sliders are a great size, one plus their amazing fries usually does me for lunch. But you gotta do the mix and match because these people don't miss. This is a pretty good spot. They have a vast array of sliders, burgers, hot dogs, and other stuff. It is a bit of a hole in the wall, and we were shocked at the prices, which appeared To be eight bucks each, but it seems the cost was for two. We had the Honey Chicken, cheeseburger (4oz) and BBQ beef, methinks. No five-star rating cuz no choice of sauces tho, though there were a dozen behind the counter. The menu was a) small enuff to need a telescope, unclear as to what eight bucks bought you, Very hot inside with no AC and Larry is not sure how the servers and cooks did not have terminal heat stroke. Oh, there was a microscopic little plastic cup, which you might put a couple of Froot Loops into that was filled with some noxious product halfway between kimchee and bad dates. It is unedable and as interesting as the seventh Matrix movie. They were fast and friendly, albeit sweating like stevedores in the boiler room of the Titanic. This is my new favorite food spot! DE Slider Co is the real deal. The food here is high quality, fresh, and, most of all, thoughtfully designed and prepared. The menu is interesting, diverse, and larger than I would have expected. I've been back 3 times, each time I have had a 95 South or a Blue Hen. Looking to try the whole menu eventually Simply the highest quality and most thoughtful food I have had in DE. The service is also fantastic. Staff are genuine, helpful, attentive, and, most importantly, seem truly happy to serve you. Every time I have returned, I have been very warmly greeted by both Alyssa and Mario. They seem authentically excited to share their fantastic food with me. They want to know what I think of the food, and offer suggestions from their favorite items on the menu. Being a customer here is rewarding, I feel valued as both a customer and as a person and feel like I belong to part of a local community every time I dine here. Lastly, the ambiance is fantastic! The shop is a little small inside, but it is well decorated and also has some outside seating. The music is just awesome too, I love listening to their great playlist while I wait for my food. The salmon sliders are my fave, although as a person who has lived in Texas for almost 10 years, their BBQ sliders are really good too. I just wish they had service hours beyond lunch. Today was an extremely busy day (closure of another local restaurant due to flooding caused busier than normal traffic), but DE Sliders handled it wonderfully. They were attentive to the line letting us know whos order they were working on and who was up next. And the food was delicious! I had been here one other time, but now I will come much more often.
