It's coming off, chipping etc. never, ever happened elsewhere or on other visits. I believe it was done purposely bc I asked her to cut them a bit shorter. Should it be a mistake to not return? Yes. I have been living in Friendswood for 25 years. I've gone to this salon on many occasions. It's all good until you want them to do something in a certain way! Never again will I spend $130 plus a month. Word of advice to the owner. Ask your workers to do as they were asked and to not be upset. The client just wants something done for their own reasons - not to be punished with bad service by them. Unbelievable. You lost a good client!

My pedicure was alright, but got my toes painted and they missed spots and left paint on my cuticles. I did come in an hour before close, but people got there after me and got taken care of without their nail techs rushing. Over all, felt and looked rushed, and was an unprofessional experience. My partner got only a pedicure and we finished at the same time, just to put things into perspective. Same technician did both my mani and pedi. My partner's technician was moving fast but managed to do a good job.
