Went into Delys smoke shop today to see if they had something and the owner tried to start a fight with me. He was staring at me as he walked inside which I was heading inside anyway and asked for him through his employee. When he came out I asked if he knew me thinking I could get a deal on something. But he immediately mentioned this review and his brother and it took a minute but it came back to me as he was talking. Even walked outside swearing and cursing me with threats talking about he has a gun and will kick my a$$ for leaving a review on his brother Yelp page (De Vapors Vape Shop). Literally got threatened and had to walk away because I had my kids in my car waiting. He followed me to my car and I felt threatened. Authorities will be contacted. And another review will be left on that business page as well. read more

Several of the people who work there are not the least bit friendly. Saying hello, instead of may I help you would give the impression that they are at least happy to see a customer. They also have rather high prices. You can get stuff about half the price on-line. I like to support local business, but in this case I only go there if I'm out of something or need it quick. read more

So, I rolled into Yuma from San Diego to stay at some hotels with pools because it's so damn hot and I needed a break from SD. I went to the Sage and Sand for ice cold beer and I was so ready to vape my face off after a few hours of that but nope, I busted my tank glass. I was pissed the F off. These guys sold me a new glass but it broke too. Turns out the cheap China knockoff coils I bought from my usual SD vape shop did not screw in properly causing my glass to just pop off. Anyway, these guys ended up selling me another glass and a coil. Minus a star for selling me an M2 coil. I usually vape Q4s in my Baby Beast. In fact I never used an M2 and had my wattage up too far for that coil but these guys did save my weekend. Also, I called back to ask about the juice they used to prime my coil because it was delicious. Joosy Frooty- grapefruit. Yummy! read more

I just bought a new juice from them today. I noticed that it was a nicotine salts at a 3mg... I asked the guy who sold it to me "will this okay for me to used with Valyrian 2 coil?" And he told me since it was a 3mg nicotine salts it'll be fine because it's so low... found out a couple hours later that that info was false read more

New favorite Vape shop! I'll admit there isn't much to choose from in Yuma, but this place feels welcoming and not stuffy like some places. Like most vape lounges they've got a tv and some couches but also a billiards table! They let us try the juice before we buy which was a real plus. The service was very good even helping us choose which juice we most wanted. They have their juice catalog on mini tablets which was nice. Very satisfied with this place and we will definitely be coming back. read more

I have noticed that there are changes in the quality of the Krave Kratom red vein powder. 250g size and larger... Be careful using it . It should and used to be vibrant green. Now it is brownish or a yellow tint when held side by side. It does not work in any way like it used to. I am terminally ill and have been using this product instead of opiates. But now this quality change concerns me so much that I am writting this review to warn the public. read more

Very small. Customer service was very poor. Once I said I was looking they completely ignored me. Over priced mods. The pool table was smaller than some air hockey tables I've seen at Walmart. The chairs were very rough and not many places to sit. It also was located right next to a bug killing business and the smell rolled over. Parking was very limited. I would not recommend read more

This pod did not make the bubbly noise or cause vape liquid to collect on the outside so I determined the pre-installed 6 ohm pod was defective and leaked. I went back to the store (#2) and they would not replace it and said I had to contact Vaporesso myself. At that point, I requested a copy of my receipt because when I said I wasn't given one when I made my purchase, the store clerk said her policy is to not provide a receipt unless specifically asked because she is saving trees (yes, seriously). This was a $45 purchase with a 90 day warranty from Vaporesso. When I said I needed the receipt because the pre-installed pod leaked, she took my information and said she would look up the receipt which could take up to a week. When I asked if they could exchange the pod, she said no. The Vaporesso website says the following: "If your Vaporesso product is within 90 days warranty period, please firstly contact the store where you purchased your product, and let them help you to check and replace the product if the product exactly has problem. If they really can't help you, you can choose to contact support team by submitting a ticket here , but please note if the information is incorrect or incomplete, the ticket will be cancelled. And the replacement is sent out from China, it will time some time to reach you, thank you for your patience." So there must be a simple claim process for the retailer for in warranty problems. Anyway, I learned that this store does not stand behind the products they sell. I'll stay away from equipment purchases and stick to lower value supplies.

I have been living in Yuma since June, I had surgery and my mom came up to help me out. She ran out of juice and we found a shop called Cloud Chasers about two weeks ago. She went in asking if they had Kirby's Milk and they said NO immediately. My mom asked if they had anything close to it and the guy opened a book and pointed didn't even say a word! They didn't ask her if she wanted to try to what they were pointing at. So she bought some juice and left, wasn't in there for more than 5 minutes. So that's when I went on a closed group in Yuma on FB and I asked for other shops. Late that day I had someone from Cloud Chasers respond to my post because I explained why I was asking and he stated next time I go in, I would have better service, but I didn't want to go back. So I went to De Vape to see what their store is like! The store manager helped my mom and made her feel welcome. They didn't have that brand but they sure did have flavors similar, and he let us try as many as we wanted and did not look irritated at all! Thank you De Vape for taking care of my mom, anyone who treats their customers with kindness and respect get praise in my book! read more

Delys has always provided great service, low prices, great builds, and great info. Ricky and Dely always stay current on the latest mods and juices and any new products on the market. I recommend their shop to everyone. De vapors has a nice shop with a great atmosphere. You can play some pool watch a movie or play some PS4 if you want. This is an amazing Vape shop the guy behind the counter really knows his stuff when it comes to vaping... Best customer service I've ever received at a vape shop. The guy was super friendly and we actually talked flavors. Way better than cloud chase era where you ask for a flavor and they give you a binder. This guy knew his stuff from cotton, to coils, to flavors. I guess what impressed me was the fact that he didn't shove a list of brands and flavors in my face. read more

I have meet and been helped by every employee except the owner and have nothing but good things to say about each of them! Yes, they all don't know everything about every item in the store but com'on folks we have the internet to do some research, be a forward thinking and informed consumer, do some of the foot work yourself. Likes to threaten people in front of their kids to make himself feel tough…read more Went into Delys smoke shop today to see if they had something and the owner tried to start a fight with me. He was staring at me as he walked inside which I was heading inside anyway and asked his employee if he was there and he went to get him. When he came out I asked if he knew me thinking I could get a deal on something. But he immediately mentioned the review on his brother's page and it took a minute, but it came back to me as he was talking and making threats. As I left, I went outside toward another store and he Even walked outside swearing and cursing me with threats talking about he has a gun and will kick my a$$ for leaving a review on his brother Yelp page (De Vapors Vape Shop). I walked to my car after he threatened me and as I was leaving, he followed me to my car and my kids were waiting, so I turned around and confronted him. He continues to threaten me and call me names. He followed me to my car and I felt threatened since I had my kids and he mentioned a gun. If my kids were not waiting, this would not have ended the way it did. Authorities will be contacted. Don't lose that video footage...they'll ask for it And another review will be left on that business page as well.
