Likes to threaten people in front of their kids to make himself feel tough. Went into Delys smoke shop today to see if they had something and the owner tried to start a fight with me. He was staring at me as he walked inside which I was heading inside anyway and asked his employee if he was there and he went to get him. When he came out I asked if he knew me thinking I could get a deal on something. But he immediately mentioned the review on his brother's page and it took a minute, but it came back to me as he was talking and making threats. As I left, I went outside toward another store and he Even walked outside swearing and cursing me with threats talking about he has a gun and will kick my a$$ for leaving a review on his brother Yelp page (De Vapors Vape Shop). I walked to my car after he threatened me and as I was leaving, he followed me to my car and my kids were waiting, so I turned around and confronted him. He continues to threaten me and call me names. He followed me to my car and I felt threatened since I had my kids and he mentioned a gun. If my kids were not waiting, this would not have ended the way it did. Authorities will be contacted. Don't lose that video footage...they'll ask for it And another review will be left on that business page as well. read more

Went to go buy some tobacco zig zag wraps and when I open the pack they are both completely broken and so dry. I called and spoke to the manager and asked if I can just switch them out instead of getting my money back. I bought multiple of these and they were all the same situation. She said no and that next time I should open the pack in the store and say something at that time. Never will go here again and do not recommend. The lady who helped us out the night we purchased a tank for our vape was very knowledgable and helpful. But the owner doesn't allow returns? No signage stating this anywhere, and it's not on the receipt. Totally not cool, we didn't even want to return it, but an exchange because of issues opening the tank. This place is a freaking joke. I went in a bought a vape pen for CBD cartridges. It was 20 bucks, it wasn't working properly so the employee took a Phillips screw driver and made adjustments to the cartridge. Then said it should work now but don't screw the cartridge all the way?????? I was reluctant and I left. Now the cartridge doesn't work and now the pen doesn't work. It wasn't working properly and now it just blinks. I called and spoke with another associate and explained my problem, he told me that the other guy shouldn't have made any adjustments and that they have a struck no return no exchange policy. Wasn't told or saw any signage. I haven't even had it for 2 days. Do not go there, they take your money but stand behind anything they sell. read more
