Every time I'm in town and come in, every single person who has been working was so nice, friendly, helpful and could speak English without any problem. I have been there at all hours from first open, about to close, before, during, after lunch and even during this whole drama where most businesses are closed. I have meet and been helped by every employee except the owner and have nothing but good things to say about each of them! Yes, they all don't know everything about every item in the store but com'on folks we have the internet to do some research, be a forward thinking and informed consumer, do some of the foot work yourself. If a business gives you their opinion about products they sell it's just that; it's their opinion not facts and like something else we all have opinions are personal and to each their own!! I sympathize with Christopher B's problem. The Xros 4 Nano pre-installed 6 ohm pod leaks. I took…read moreit out, dried the well out and inserted the other 8 ohm pod that was included in the kit. This pod did not make the bubbly noise or cause vape liquid to collect on the outside so I determined the pre-installed 6 ohm pod was defective and leaked. I went back to the store (#2) and they would not replace it and said I had to contact Vaporesso myself. At that point, I requested a copy of my receipt because when I said I wasn't given one when I made my purchase, the store clerk said her policy is to not provide a receipt unless specifically asked because she is saving trees (yes, seriously). This was a $45 purchase with a 90 day warranty from Vaporesso. When I said I needed the receipt because the pre-installed pod leaked, she took my information and said she would look up the receipt which could take up to a week. When I asked if they could exchange the pod, she said no. The Vaporesso website says the following: "If your Vaporesso product is within 90 days warranty period, please firstly contact the store where you purchased your product, and let them help you to check and replace the product if the product exactly has problem. If they really can't help you, you can choose to contact support team by submitting a ticket here , but please note if the information is incorrect or incomplete, the ticket will be cancelled. And the replacement is sent out from China, it will time some time to reach you, thank you for your patience." So there must be a simple claim process for the retailer for in warranty problems. Anyway, I learned that this store does not stand behind the products they sell. I'll stay away from equipment purchases and stick to lower value supplies.

But he immediately mentioned this review and his brother and it took a minute but it came back to me as he was talking. Even walked outside swearing and cursing me with threats talking about he has a gun and will kick my a$$ for leaving a review on his brother Yelp page (De Vapors Vape Shop). Literally got threatened and had to walk away because I had my kids in my car waiting. He followed me to my car and I felt threatened. Authorities will be contacted. And another review will be left on that business page as well.

He took the time to ask what I enjoy, shared his knowledge of different brands, wrappers, and blends, and introduced me to several underrated cigars I probably would have overlooked. You can tell he genuinely loves cigars and enjoys helping others discover something new. So, just ask him to recommend a stick if you're feeling like trying something new or not sure what would hit the spot. With his recommendations, I ended up taking home a few My Father, Oliva Serie V Melanio, and Arturo Fuente cigars. It wasn't a sales pitch--it was just a great conversation between cigar enthusiasts. Unfortunately, I was traveling through and couldn't stay to enjoy a cigar in the lounge, but that's definitely on my list next time. It was just me this visit, but the next time I'm in the area I'll be calling a few friends to meet me here so we can relax, enjoy a few great cigars, and spend some quality time together.
