I was told beforehand to bring my ID, which I did. When I arrived, I was then asked to have a picture taken of my driver's license. I was uncomfortable with having my full license information, including my driver's license number, photographed, and I explained that. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the interaction quickly became confrontational. The person I spoke with on the phone was disrespectful and spoke to me in a way that I felt was completely unnecessary for a simple check pickup. I was even told, in a very rude manner, that I could "go get my freaking brother." I understand businesses have procedures they need to follow, but there is a professional way to communicate those procedures with people. I came in respectfully and expected the same treatment in return. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I'm leaving this review because customer service matters, and I hope management takes situations like this seriously and makes sure customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

We had previously had used Dash Mechanical for a furnace repair and had been very pleased with the outcome, so we contacted them again to request a proposal to properly heat and cool our sunroom. Dash promptly sent a technician out to evaluate our needs, and they provided a very reasonable proposal a couple of days later . We accepted Dash's proposal and requested that they proceed with the work. When Dash arrived to perform the work, they had enough staff and equipment to install the entire heating/cooling system in one day. The quality of Dash's interior and exterior work was outstanding in all aspects and the technician foreman insured that we fully understood how to operate the new system before his crew left for the day. The new system works perfectly and will allow us to enjoy our sunroom all year round. I would strongly recommend that anyone having any form of HVAC needs contact Dash Mechanical first.
