I watched them pull espresso shots, leave them sitting, then head to the back and suddenly my drinks appeared. When I asked about it, I was told the espresso was "pre-pulled and chilled." Meanwhile, the shots I originally saw pulled sat untouched at the machine for about two minutes (100% expired at that point). It was a confusing process and honestly, pre-pulled espresso just doesn't taste fresh. As for the drinks themselves, they were overly sweet. The vanilla latte had an odd banana flavor, and the Purple Haze tasted chemical (ironically). Overall, I won't be back for drinks. I've heard great things about their beans, so it's a shame I didn't get to experience a fresh espresso shot

So I ordered the s'mores latte, a pimento scone and then 2 of each truffle: amaretto, rum and champagne. The latte hit perfectly as I drove home and also while I sipped on it from my home office. The scone was warmed up perfectly and devoured while on the ride home. As I sat at my desk, I have so far had one truffle... And OMG it was so smooth and rich! I'm doing my best not to eat another until later and I'm hiding them from my kids! The person working there was very polite, helpful on guiding what flavor I should go with (because I was being indecisive) and she was also very efficient. Great customer service.

The day we went in they were sold out of cinnamon rolls so we were a bit disappointed but we tried the protein bars instead and they were delicious! I had the yummy Peanut Butter chocolate and it tasted almost like fudge! If you want to try the cinnamon rolls, make sure you get there early! They also have scones in a variety of flavors, depending on the day. We had the best barista, she was so helpful and kind! I ordered the Toasted Marshmallow and Coconut iced coffee and she told about the amazing coffee ice cubes they serve in the iced coffee! What a brilliant idea, as your ice cubes melt your drink is not watered down. I almost forgot to ask about the cold foam and she gladly added it on top. You can choose any coffee flavor for the cold foam and they have amazing non-dairy options as well. Big Kick Coffee has an excellent selection of coffee beans as well as ground coffee.
