The ice cream was good. We got vanilla, rocky road, and cookies and cream. We liked all the flavors we got. The 3 stars is for the lack of precautions they're taking for Covid. They still have self-serve for the frozen yogurt. They don't have hand sanitizer at all. Also, the chocolate frozen yogurt came out as liquid. Good ice cream but the lack of Covid precautions will stop us from going back.

Random froyo place we stopped by on our beach visit. It was good after a long day out in the sun. It was kind of dirty, but the cookie dough and cake batter froyo was good. There has a ton of toppings for your froyo but I do wish they were labeled. A good spot for something sweet when you're near by.

We came here last night looking for something sweet after dinner. Only ten people are allowed in at any given time, but there was no wait. Masks are required as well. Inside you'll find a counter for hand dipped ice cream, self serve froyo, and self serve toppings. Considering we're in a post-Covid era I was kind of surprised to find everything was still self serve. It's not being sanitized regularly either. I opted to get the froyo and toppings instead of my kids so only one of us had contaminated hands. We also ordered a smoothie and a milkshake. Around this time a group walked in and with only one employee, it got busy for her quickly. I didn't mind the wait, but I felt bad for her. Side note, it was hot as the hinges on hell's gates in here as well.

Great little spot right by the beach! It's perfect for a sweet treat after spending the day on the beach. No indoor seating but there's some outdoor options available. Masks are required as well. Me and my friend had the mango fro yo and açaí fro yo mixed...it was delicious!! They had plenty of topping choices and sauces. I had the strawberry sauce and it was also amazing. There's also a cute little coffee shop connected to it, everything there looks delicious.

This place is absolute trash, their boba tea is tea with pumps of syrup in it & their smoothies are made from concentrate -- there's not even a piece of fruit in it?!! Look at the irony in my picture of their ad and their concentrate behind it. Astonishing. Fro yo there is nothing special & a bit watery. Their AC is sub par at best along with zero indoor seating. Their employees couldn't seem less interested in existing let alone doing their job. We will be trying the pineapple hut next hoping that it's better.

Gets the job done for frozen yogurt and doing your own toppings. Makes the kids happy.

Ice cream is somewhat good, but prices are outrageous. Don't waste your time here, or money.

TERRIBLE. Smoothies were made with boxed fruit juice blended over ice. Do not waste your money. No actual fruit was used.

Pretty good frozen yogurt, almost like a pink berry. Good topping options but I really wish there was more hard ice cream.

Mint chocolate tasted strange. It was fizzing in my mouth. The texture overall was strange. Find a different place!

My husband and I were able to snag seats at the bar on the rooftop on a Sunday afternoon while live music was playing. We ordered hushpuppies, spicy tuna rolls and the peel & eat shrimp. All were great but the shrimp was my favorite! They were served warm, easy to peel and were well-seasoned with excellent flavor. We also had frozen slushie daiquiris that were perfect on a hot summer day. I would definitely recommend checking this place out! :)

In…read morefact, I liked it enough on my first visit that I specifically wanted to bring my mom back before we left Charleston. We even canceled dinner plans with our friends who live here because I had been telling my mom about this rooftop, the view, and how much I wanted her to try the sushi I had loved. Unfortunately, after two visits, the service completely overshadowed the food. On my first visit, I complimented the bartender on how amazing it must be to bartend with that beach view--I'm a bartender myself and joked that I work in a dungeon with no windows. Instead, I spent the next 10-15 minutes listening to him complain about his job, the construction, liquor sales, etc., while other guests were visibly waiting to order drinks. At one point he was showing us a bottle of Jim Beam speaking about who knows what and continuing the conversation while people who had been given menus several minutes earlier were still trying to get his attention. It was strange, but the food was great, so I brushed it off. I also had to inform him how to make a simple well known shot. Tonight, my mom and I tried to come back. We just missed getting a table by one party, so rather than going somewhere else for dinner, we literally spent HOURS killing time at other places for drinks and an appetizer because we specifically wanted to return here. When we finally came back, we immediately felt rushed. The bartender, Jess, was talking over us to another employee asking what time they closed while we were trying to order. We hurried and ordered the crispy shrimp tacos without even processing that we had ordered tacos--we actually told the server bringing them out that they weren't ours before realizing they were. They were unbearably spicy. And I LOVE spicy food. My mom does too, but she also has a hernia, so after trying a couple of bites she very politely told Jess, essentially, "Just a word of advice, you may want to let people know how extremely spicy these are." We did NOT ask for them to be taken off the bill. We did NOT demand anything. We weren't rude. Jess responded, "Oh, sorry, my bad. I didn't realize some people can't read." Excuse me? My mom had been nothing but kind. There was absolutely no reason to insult her intelligence over a polite piece of feedback. Jess later looked at me and said she had taken the tacos off the bill and that she was "just joking." We appreciated that she removed them, but we never asked her to--and comping an item doesn't undo speaking to someone that way. We still tipped her. That's what makes this so disappointing. I work in this industry. I understand late nights, closing duties, difficult customers and how exhausting service work can be. We weren't difficult customers. We were two people who had waited hours to come BACK and spend our money here because I genuinely enjoyed this restaurant the first time and wanted to share it with my mom. The sushi was great. The view is great. The service on both visits was the problem. We've spent our time in Charleston talking about how incredibly kind and accommodating everyone has been everywhere we've gone, which made this interaction stand out even more. There are too many wonderful restaurants and hospitality workers here to leave somewhere feeling like you're an inconvenience, or, worse, insulted, for simply being a customer. I really wanted to love this place. The food gave me every reason to come back. Unfortunately, the service gave me every reason not to.
