When I told him he was a service dog and that he warns me when I'm going to have a seizure. The man said" well I'm sure he's more of an emotional support animal, don't let him down on the floor." I'm not angry but these people need to understand the rules of the ADA when it comes to service animals and what you can and cannot say to a disabled person who has one.

When the owner finally got the power on in the cabin it was beyond filthy. The bedding was covered in stains and dead bugs and had not been cleaned since last season in my opinion. We had to spend another half an hour trying to find the owners again to get clean bedding that they just dropped on the deck of the cabin in the elements for us to change. Both morning that we were there we were awoken to loud music at 6 coming from one of the permanent residents places. The pool was not filled and as clean as the bar was there was no way we were going to try and have a meal. The entire place is run down and in need of repairs.

We were informed that they actually did not have any pet-free rooms but were assured that by then putting us on the top floor we would be as far from any rooms that have had pets in them as possible. I was stunned to walk out of my room this morning and see a couple get off the elevator with an enormous dog! This is the off season and there is no way that this hotel is filled to anywhere near capacity , so why they would send someone with a pet up to the top floor is beyond me. I'm very disappointed that the hotel would put my wife's Health in jeopardy
